Welcome to Casa Rosa, a beautiful oceanfront home with spectacular views of the Caribbean. Casa Rosa has all the comfort and amenities you are looking for yet is very affordable. Located close enough to town for convenience and far enough away to escape the tourists.
Casa Rosa consists of three apartments each with their own separate entrance. The main house downstairs has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is also a queen size self-inflatable mattress for additional quests. The full kitchen is complete with cookware, and appliances. The bathroom has a separate sink and dressing area for your added convenience. The open dining and living area allows plenty of space for friends and family.
Step out the sliding doors from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy a refreshing dip in the salt water pool or ocean, (the beach is rocky, so swimming is only recommended for experienced swimmers and snorkelers), or relax in the beach chairs with a cool drink.
Casa Rosa is located at the end of airport road, a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride to town and Playa Norte (the islands most beautiful beach). There is plenty of parking in front of the house for a car or golf cart.
Come to Isla Mujeres with you family and friends. Stay at Casa Rosa to RELAX!! Here the days start with amazing sunrises and ends with picturesque sunsets. Collect shells, read a book, lounge by the pool, take a walk, enjoy the friendly people, and explore the island. Awesome!
We are delighted of our stay at Casa Rosa, absolutely perfect for our family trip! We had the first floor appartement. It is very quiet, clean, well equipped only 30 min walk to the Center. The beach was gorgeous, felt private and peaceful. The whole crew (Owners, cleaning, pool, manager,etc) was very welcoming, friendly and helpfull. Of course traffic is heavy on the Island, for any home with bedrooms facing street side light sleepers should bring earplugs. We enjoyed it very much and we will certainly return! Private paradise tucked away from the crowds
We loved Casa Rosa for several reasons. The kitchen amenities were spectacular allowing us to cook multiple fresh meals at home. The pool was the perfect size and vibe for our group and was very well kept. The view was amazing and the beach access was the cherry on top. The sunrises from the rocks did not disappoint. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located allowing us to maneuver easily with a golf cart or by foot. Overall, we’d love to come back and appreciated the attention to detail and privacy. Got us a good one
The house exceeded our expectations in that it was well stocked with towels, washcloths, kitchen utensils, blender, cooking seasoning, & very clean.
We loved that the pool was in the sun until 3:30-4 in the afternoon while other surrounding properties were not.
We had an unforeseen problem at the house & management was very responsive/communicative with us.
I even walked from the house to Playa Norte, about 2 miles! Great stay, no complaints & we would stay here again!

Wonderful location and property.

Amazing!
Wonderful place. We had the downstairs. Very quiet and peaceful. It's central to everything which is very convenient. The views are stunning and the ocean is incredible. Would recommend to anyone and will most definitely come back again!

Great Property
Great location right on the beach but away from the tourists of Playa Norte. Immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beach isn't suited for swimming but is very scenic and great for finding shells and coral. Check in was effortless.

Easy location to get to, very pretty views of the ocean, very clean. We hiked along the ocean for miles and a trail nearby.

Very relaxing
If You love sitting in a beach chair and watching the waves, or even watching them from the comfort of your couch through the sliding glass doors , this is your place . The view was beautiful . It was quiet and private . And the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very Usable . We plan to be back because we love this island And this is a good, central location To enjoy the whole island.
