This charming loft apartment in Cancun, located in front of the woman island Isla Mujeres is the ideal base for those looking to enjoy the mexican Carribeaan. This holiday apartment can accommodate up to two people making it a great choice for couples, honeymoon, anniversary, divers or visiting Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

The 538 square feet loft apartment on Penthouse floor with Queen size bed, balcony, bathroom, dining/living area, kitchenette and washing/drying machine enjoys a simplistic yet homey design, sure to make visitors feel right at home.

Be sure to taste lunch and some mexican-inspired dishes in the main Palapa with hot spot in front of the ocean and the amazing pool.

Great communication from the host. Beautiful space with fantastic view. Pool is beautiful. Quite space. Several amazing Michellin starred restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber ride to the hotel zone for the great beaches there. We would definitely return.

Wonderful studio loft with a fantastic view. Resort feel without the resort crowd. More than enough loungers at both the pool (under windsail open air awnings) and the beach (just the right amount of palm tree shade). Short walk to the Isla Mujeres ferry and a hand of restaurants. A pit stop at Wallmart on the way in from the airport worked out very well. Full size fridge/freezer, convection microwave, hotplate stove top. (no oven.) We're already planning a return trip.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cancun! From Andreas’ support and attention to details to the friendly security guards, we felt safe and comfortable in our home away from home. The pool was cool and refreshing and it was nice to have the beach right there so my daughter could experience the sea. There were a lot of cute places to eat, a pharmacy and a little convenience store within walking distance. I was really grateful there were some water bottles in the fridge when we arrived. I brought my slippers for the tile floor which I loved to have, but that’s totally personal preference. I cooked every day in the kitchenette and was very grateful to have salt available. My daughter kept calling it our “home” and I was so grateful that she felt so comfy there. Finally, I would highly encourage exploring tours with Andreas to take the leg work out of researching fun activities to do. Thank you so much - cheers to the best host I’ve experienced! Highly recommended!!

This loft apartment is exactly as described! It is absolutely perfect. The view is amazing day and night. Very convenient with the pool, beach access and the ferry located just steps away. Also felt safe with security on the premises as I was traveling solo. There is also a circle K and pharmacy located very close by and a great little restaurant Vikingos Mar y Tierra next to the circle k. The food is delicious. The host Andreas was fabulous, very attentive. He answered all of my questions promptly and even sent an electronic guide before I arrived which was very helpful for planning. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Quaint pent house. CleanOwner group replied quickly to all of my questions and requests. Beach swim was nice and easy to get to. The view narrow yet vast. The breeze was perfect and the team on the property was nice. Very pleased and will come again.

GREAT location

First, i want to say Andreas is GREAT!! The amount of time he took, to give me recommendations and to respond to my numerous questions, as a host, was great! Hes very personable and responsive! The location is great, if you like that "local" feel. It's quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. There are tons of great local eateries nearby, to which the locals love the patronage. The pool overlooking the beach was the best part! It's the size as advertised, which is great for a couple.

Paradise! What an incredible view!

What an amazing week! This penthouse condo is exactly the right size for a couple, even though it does have plenty of space for the supplied air bed. We slept like babies! The bed, bedding and pillow were perfect, and that’s coming fro a sleep-princess! The kitchen is very well appointed, I cooked breakfast every day and even an Italian dinner one evening. The neighborhood is awesome! Very local vibe, everyone has been so welcoming. There’s a restaurant just across from the main entrance that has the BEST seafood soup I have ever tasted. And just a short 5 minute walk to the Ultramar ferry made our day trip to Isla Mujeres super easy. It is away from the party crowd, no boom-boom music, sirens all night, but you can taxi to all that in about 15 minutes and 15. And the VIEW!! It takes your breath away! Book this one! You will not be disappointed!

This was the perfect spot for me. Loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and feeling the breeze on my feet. You can walk to the ferry and there are several restaurants you can walk to. The host was fabulous and really nothing beats the view

Andreas is the best host ever. He sends you a package on everything you need to get into the property and some vacation ideas. I would not recommend for a 2 week stay as it is only a bachelor suite. 3 or 4 days though this is the perfect property. Pool and beach are beautiful.

Beautiful view!!

This penthouse apartment was absolutely perfect for my husband and I!! It had all the amenities we needed for a perfect week. The pool was awesome and not crowded. The room had all the supplies and appliances to prep and cook meals. It was a short taxi ride to Walmart Express for groceries and we found small restaurants nearby and a wonderful outside grill with awesome grilled meat. Andreas was also the perfect host. I received answers to all my questions within minutes of contacting him. We would definitely stay here again.

Lieber Andreas. Vielen Dank für deine grossartige Gastfreundschaft. Auch wenn wir dich leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen durften, so hast du uns perfekt begleitet.Die Location ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben, bzw. um einiges besser. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, äusserst sauber und so ausgestattet, dass man sich wirklich zu Hause fühlt. Die Küche funktioniert gut, auch wenn man mal etwas richtiges Kochen will. Dadurch, dass auch viele Leute in der Anlage wirklich wohnen, ist der Tourismus weit weg und es ist alles sehr persönlich. Aussicht weltklasse, Sicherheits- und Unterhaltspersonal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher. Pool sauber und gepflegt. Strand sehr schön und sauber. Wir hatten selten eine so gute Betreuung durch den Gastgeber und würden sofort wieder bei Andreas buchen.

View is amazing! Andreas was great before the trip to answer all our questions. Property and pool are clean. It a great place to get away. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking. Make sure you bring your own coffee, paper towels and anything you would want while your there. A great restaurant is on the beach.Uber and Uber Eats available.

We really enjoyed this condo. The view was outstanding. The pool area was really nice with comfortable lounge chairs and had enough lighting that you could enjoy reading and relaxing late in the day. The beach area was fun the watch the dock area. The restaurant to the south wasn't amazing but nice to have an option on the beach. Great location overall!

What you see is what you get with this property. The apartment itself was equipped with everything that was needed to feel that you are at home while away from home. The security does not play around, they are consistent with ensuring that everyone on the property is supposed to be on there. Andreas not only responded to all of my messages but tge responses were instantaneous. Including the fact that he reached out just to check on me and make sure that I was settled in comfortably. I stayed alone for the first 4 days and the 5th day a friend of mine came, Andreas was great with getting her on the books so that we could enjoy the remaining time in Cancun. The only con is that the bed was hard.

Spectacular view!

From the date we booked this accommodation Andreas was so helpful with any question we had! He always responded promptly and we took much of his advice to enjoy the property and the area to the fullest! It is everything as described. We walked in and opened the blinds to see the beautiful ocean. It was breathtaking! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck each day watching the sunrise. Everything you need was in the room and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Close to the ferry for a trip to Isla Mujeres. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Host and exceptional Pool!

Andreas was a wonderful host! Our check-in was good, we had a bit of trouble finding the building but Andreas was quick to assist in guiding us to the property over the phone. We had a few requests during our 8-day stay all that were met! We also rented a car for our trip, so it was great to have the underground private parking spot with our rental very close to the elevator. The single room penthouse studio is as advertised small, but well equipped for two with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico! There is full size refrigerator and electric cooktop and microwave but no dishwasher in the kitchen, they do have a full size clothes washer as well. Another incredible amenity in this property is the pool which is about a 5 minute walk from the elevator. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great Gulf views with an incredible pool and host. Thanks Andreas!

Great to simply get away from the hustle and bustle

Property is super cozy and perfect for two or a single. Spectacular views and great pool. Lots of local restaurants and easy Uber access as well. We wanted something outside of the crazy hotel district and this was perfect. Andreas is great.

Very nice

The property was clean and the view of the ocean was just like the pictures. The host was the best, helped me set up an itinerary, responded to every question and made suggestions on what to do while we were there. Only con is the wind blowing at night gets loud ( but that is expected being by the ocean and up high in the penthouse. All and all I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Trip; lovely accomodation

Our first visit to Cancun was exceptional. It wouldn't have been as nice without the great assistance of our Host Andreas. The room was fabulous; the island view from the room and terrace is exactly as you see on the Vrbo site. We were close to the Ferry and a really great restaurant within steps on the Pool. The pool is beautiful, huge, never crowded, and sits directly in front of the beach and white sands. The beach had some seaweed but that was expected during this time of year. Our host helped plan everything from the moment we stepped of the plan. He thought of everything including a special dinner location from my Husband's birthday; the communication was great, and he was very responsive! The big room (penthouse view) is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, bath supplies, great Wifi..speed was exceptional, W/dryer, Smart LG TV with additional apps such as Netflix, etc. The room which accomodated my husband and I; was very clean, the resort location was quiet, and the resort grounds were beautifully kept. We were able to travel to several places via taxis which were always there when we needed them. I would love to go back and this is where my husband and I will stay.
