This is a nice smaller resort. The entire staff was wonderful. The stocked refrigerator was a nice touch. That was unexpected. This is a great destination for couples. It’s relaxing and quiet.

We LOVED our stay. The whole week we were so well cared for by the staff… the service was incredible from top to bottom. We loved the host Mateo, our servers Hugo, Jose Abed, and the lovely ladies in the massage tent as well. The room was lovely, clean and the grounds impeccably kept as well. 100 out of 10 stay and we can’t wait to go back.

Personal atento, sin embargo nuestros 5 dias 4 noches, sentimos e incluso miramos burlas hacia los huespedes y hacia mujeres con comentarios en doble sentido, comentarios incomodos…entre miradas y señas entre ellos mismos… El “todo incluido” cuenta con una carta MUY escasa, aburrida para diario desayunar o comer prácticamente lo mismo y comida en platillos ni hablar de la escasez, las porciones son como para un niño…

The complete staff were so hospitable. Rooms were clean. The a/c had an issue but they had it corrected very quickly. The good, while limited, restaurant menu was amazing. The massage was so relaxing and well worth it. The top floor pool has an incredible view of the city. My only suggestion would be to have better beach, while close, it was walled off and user friendly. Fortunately, there is plenty of beaches around. And Tito, the mascot duck of the resort, was a hoot.

During our stay, we had a very good time. Hotel was clean and was taken care of well. Staff is so welcoming, nice, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly very friendly with authentic smiles. We liked the laid back and calm nature of the hotel. Saturday morning’s yoga session was excellent (we wish there were a few more sessions and advertised well). Improvement. Beach Access: It would be amazing if the hotel had a beach access similar to another beach two bars down. Or, have an agreement with their management to allow their guests to use that beach.

Nice property. Stunning sunsets. Was there in early April. It was relaxing and quiet. The food was good. Not outstanding but good. The staff is wonderful. Hot tubs by main pool are meh and need some upgrades. We hung out in the rooftop pool and rooftop hot tubs. Would go back and stay there again.

Great stay and excellent location! The best ways to get around Isla Mujeres are golf cart, taxi, or walking. There’s a taxi stand right outside the hotel, with about $10 USD to the ferry and $5–$7 quick trips around the island. The southern tip of the island is about a 30-minute walk and absolutely beautiful, with a state park and beach clubs along the way. Bring cash — it’s appreciated, and the local people were friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Overall, I believe this hotel is in one of the best spots on the island
