The room smelt like sewage to the point that we felt ill even with the bathroom door being kept closed. Wifi didnt reach the rooms so you had to be in the lobby to use it and the "cafeteria" coffee bar was simply instant coffee and coffee mate. On the plus side the staff were lovely and the room was clean.

Place looks absolutely nothing like the picture + there were advertising a pool and ocean view rooms THERE WAS NO POOL .... n A view of a red roof ... room smelt bad . Curtain was hanging by pvc pipe.. woke up with bug bits and bed was hard as a rock never coming back

You Get What You Pay For

We stayed there for multiple days and while the staff were friendly the hotel itself was subpar, including it smelled like sewage most of the time, most of the linens had stains on them, and the doors were flimsy you could hear everything in the hallways and rooms next door. The AC worked well, TVs has cable, and the WiFi worked overall well. Room sizes were ok and they have someone at the desk 24/7.

Dissapointing

We came all the way from Sweden, Stockholm. We got stuck in Chicago over night due to delayed flight. I wrote the hotel on there website and told the hotel that We would be late by a day in our prepayed 5 night stay. When We arrived at Isla Mujeres the next day We went to the hotel for check in. They had cancelled our booking and told us to take another hotel for the night and come back ta speak with the manager in the morning. A bit dissepointed, We did. The next day We got our last 3 nights at the hotel but no refund for the night We did not spend. The Island is wonderful but book another hotel. Best tacos is the restaurant Taco Huma

pesimo servicio

no se puede cancelar, y aparte no tenian internet no sabian ni cuanto cobrar, perdidos el ferry, y nos cobran estacionamiento de mas por ese problema ya que no nos dejaban salir del hotel, porque no sabian cuanto me cobrarian, llame a hoteles.com y la verdad no supieron resolver el problema.

The hotel served its purpose but I don't think it was worth the price. Very loud which wasn't bad due to we weren't in the room much however, the air didn't work very well. The bathroom was clogged second day and It smelt very bad. Again wasn't horrible but probably wouldn't visit again.
