Great all around stay

Great location in proximity to beach, pool and beach clubs. It's great to walk right outside your patio to the pool. No long walks and elevators down. Great stay!

Wonderful stay!

Easy access to the beach and pool truly steps away it was close. The staff was very friendly the location on North beach is prime property! Perfect for families. The showerhead water pressure and shower curtain could be replaced but other than that the property was very nice Overall.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your place. I’ve stayed at many 2 bedroom condos in your complex. The 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus! The condo was remodeled nicely and very clean. I could not have asked for a better location. Ground floor was awesome!

Nautibeach - Great Location

The condo was great. It is in a great location near the pool. Great communication with the host and super fast responses. Highly recommend. The staff at Nautibeach is always helpful and attentive. If you want a special treat, get food delivered from Javi's when you arrive. It really gets the trip started off right!

Another wonderful stay at NautiBeach

We love NautiBeach #4! Once again it was our home-away-from-home on Isla. We loved being able to wake up and and hit Playa Norte first thing in the morning, and, also, being able to walk to town and all it offers. NautiBeach is very well located and beautiful. You can’t beat it!

I love the location of nautibeach. It is just perfect and close to everything. The condo was nice for me and my sister. The weather didn’t cooperate while we were there so we didn’t use the pool or go to the beach.

Nauti Beach

The condo was great. We were right by the pool. The only suggestion I would have is to have a couple more towels since they only replaced them after 2 nights. But other than that we loved our stay. Great location would definitely recommend.

My husband and I, and another couple, stayed in Unit 4, and it was amazing! The entire process from the time of booking to check out was great. The unit is on the first floor, and we walked right out to the pool, beach, and beach restaurant and bar on the property. Property is beautiful! Take bug spray; there is lush vegetation and lots of mosquitoes. The location was perfect and we were just a couple of blocks away from the bars and restaurants on Hidalgo Street, so walking was very convenient. We got massages on our last day at the spa next door, which were also amazing. We rented golf carts a couple of times so we could make a couple of grocery trips to food and drinks for the room, and visit some of the other amazing restaurants, bars and beach clubs. A few places we wanted to visit were closed the last week of September for renovations or owner vacations since September is a slower time with hurricane season. We took our chances on the weather and lucked out with only one afternoon of rain on our last day. The rest of the trip was sunny and gorgeous. The staff took care of all of our needs and helped us rent a golf cart, brought us fresh towels, beach towels, beach chair rental, and taxis back to the ferry. They were very attentive and just a text message away. Thank you for a wonderful week!

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND STAFF!!!

We love Nautibeach! We stayed in condo #4 which was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Great for 4 adults. Remodeled and very clean. #4 is right by the pool and beach. Walk off your patio and into the pool area. We also had another couple that rented #20 on the 2nd floor (2 bed 1 bath). We cooked a full meal one evening in #4 and did fine with the cookware provided. AC was ice cold. We were there during hurricane Zeta and the property was amazingly quiet! The property management was Excellent! Marla and Candelario were 100% responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They made sure we had candles, matches and kept us posted of when the power would be off ahead of the storm. We felt 100% safe at all times. Patio was great for morning coffee and had great views of the pool and ocean. We made the best of the weather and being in the North location, we were able to walk to Hidalgo street and many other restaurants. We also rented golf carts to the Joint and Soggy Peso. The security guard was always there and ready to let us thru the gate and into the complex. We really could not have asked for anything more! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation. Wonderful vacation on Isla Mujeres

Our condo at Nautibeach was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and the location by the pool and Playa Norte was unbeatable. The staff at The Mayan Beach Club made everything so easy. We were so sad to leave, and are already making plans to return asap.

Great Location

The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in the BEST location.... right next to the pool, pool bar, and restaurant, not to mention it's right on the beach. The ONLY downside was intermittent power bumps which I'm sure the condo has ZERO control over. Overall - it was a wonderful trip!! We are ready to book again for next year!!!

Nautibeach stay for 5 people

We picked to stay at Nautibeach condo #4 in July. This was a perfect location with all the nice restaurants nearby, beautiful beach, nice pool and good services. The only problem I had with this condo, it really is meant for 4 people. We paid for 5 and were suppose to have an air mattress, the first night air mattress wasn’t delivered as it was promised, once we had it, we realized it was completely useless as it kept on deflating. My husband ended up sleeping on the tiny couch, which was not ideal for his back. I have no regrets staying at this condo complex and will definitely return again to a larger condo.
