New and unique semi-detached duplex in Puerto Morelos

Our semi-detached duplex, with a Mexican and Latin American interior design, combined with a maritime touch, is located in the private complex Palma Grand with its own, large and chic pool (100m away) u. Society & Games Room. The complex consists of only three short streets and only about 70 double house halves. It is an ideal place to rest. The geographical location 20km south of Cancun Airport and 30km north of Playa del Carmen, right in the middle, is ideal for quiet beach holidays or trips to the beaches of the Rivera Maya or Merida (direct road) u. Yucatan plan. The show of!Circle du Solei! is only 8km away and in 30min. You can reach every shopping center in Cancun, Beaches, Playa del Carmen as well as the ferry to Cozumel.
The houses were handed over again in June 2018. However, we have a location with old trees, with Mexican natural decor, full of wood, a large 100m2 patio with sun and large shady old Ficus Benjamin trees.
A nice BBQ place invites you to barbecue.

Located in Puebla Puerto Morelos, about 5-6 km from the beach. Supermarkets u. Cafes around the corner. Everything can be reached quickly and without traffic lights by bike or by collective bus and car hire. Parking in front of the house available.

The beach of Puerto Morelos is located on an offshore island and is accessible via a 3km long road through the lagoon. A newly designed Plaza Major right on the beach and several kilometers of public beach in the north with easy to chic bars u. Restaurants invite you to eat and linger. Puerto Morelos is the only one, because still small town, remained very authentic. Skyscrapers are completely missing. There is no mass tourism. Prices are decent.

We can accommodate 8 adults and an additional 2 children (family loft bed). Every room has AirCon. In the 1. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor a bedroom with bathroom.

My Brazilian wife and me (german sail u. Charter Captain) Puerto Morelos u. The Riviera Maya and Yucatan have learned to love each other and have recently emigrated.
