We booked here for two nights. The first night was great, ocean view, beach, pool, etc. We also had a kitchen which we used. The second day, the stove, air-conditioning and fridge stopped working. We contacted our contact, Natalia, who said she represented the hotel. She NEVER messaged us back, so we slept in +30C weather with no AC. Thank God there was a ceiling fan that worked! This is not a regular hotel. There isn't a front desk, so they make arrangements for someone to meet you to help you check in. We wanted to stay another night and another person contacted us so we moved to another room that was better. I think the main thing is there is a lack of responsibility to the customer when it comes to issues. They take your money and then you're on your own. It's hard to know what you will get, so you're taking your chances. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
