Property is very clean, modern, and stunning rooftop with gorgeous 360 water view and beautiful pool. 24hrs security so you'll feel very safe. The Property is central located from all the action few steps across street ferry to isla mujeres, 24hr convenient store, 6min bus ride to the strip/coco bongo no need for taxi from this property conveniently located. Had a pleasure to meet owner in person she's very sweet n great communication!!! She's alway willing to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to staying here again next time in cancun!!!!

Great property, odd check-in policies
Checking in late can be a real hassle, because the owner requires payment upon arrival but may not be there to receive it herself. We had to make a deposit to her account at a convenience store prior to arrival. At least the owner is very communicative. The concierge's mandatory bracelet policy is also weird. No complaints regarding the property itself, which was very comfortable.

Thanks Walter for your comments . About the payment When it is a late check-in, I send a PayPal link. In your case, I offered to make a deposit in Oxxo, which is in the same building, to avoid paying the PayPal commission because it was the best option for you

Inma is a great host, putting a lot of care to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We love that pool on the roof and the reception staff are very attentive. The place is well located with stores, bus, restaurants and beaches nearby. Because the place is located in the touristic zone, you must be aware that parties could be noisy until 3 am. Sometimes you hear people partying late and come back tipsy in the hallway, but this is very common in the area since young people hang out late. Make sure to bring some earplugs if you want to sleep deep. Other than neighbours being a bit noisy in the hallway at 2-4 am, the place itself is neat, clean and safe for all. I recommend Inma, she has done a great job keeping up to the standards, you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

wow wow wow. This reservation exceeded my expectations. Inman was so friendly and very communicative. She even gave us suggestions on places to visit in cancun. The accommodation is spacious, clean , beautiful and quiet. It is very close to the ferry plaza where you can take a ferry to isla mujeres. There is also a grocery store nearby. I stayed here with my family and we had an awesome time. Inman even provided a cot for my toddler and it was super helpful. Thank you so much inman. I love your services and you are amazing.

Perfectly located, the ferry to go to Isla mujeres is right in front of the building, same as buses that take you downtown or to the rest of the hotel area. The owner was very polite and quick to answer any question. The place is absolutely beautiful, with everything to make me feel like I was in my own home. The pool had a beautiful view of the bay to enjoy the sunset. And there is a convenience store in front of the building and a pharmacy right next door. I think I have found the perfect place where I will stay in my future trips to Cancún.

Ultimately had a great experience at this property. The room was very clean and the pool was quiet and had incredible views. Playa tortuga and ferries to isla mujer were right across the street (so was an oxxo). The owner was very responsive, friendly and helped me figure out an AC issue in real time. The only issue I had is that this suite is actually broken up in to adjoining A/B suites and there is little to no sound proofing between the suites. Luckily my neighbours were respectful but there were moments when it became a bit much

La habitación tiene lo básico para una pequeña estadía, tiene un lindo balcón para tomar el desayuno. El 'pero' son los vecinos ruidosos que pueden estar a una puerta de distancia. Y como todo en Cancún está un poco lejos, pero la hermosa playa tortuga está a un par de calles de distancia.

Hola Flor, muchas gracias por tus comentarios, sobre los vecinos ruidosos, si se reporta en recepción, ellos van al departamento en concreto que haga ruido y le dan un primer aviso , sino hacen caso van una segunda vez y ya les ponen una multa económica , la verdad con el autobús todo esta relativamente cerca a 10 minutos sea en dirección zona hotelera o al centro y los autobuses pasan cada 10 minutos y son muy económicos y si la playa queda justo enfrente solo cruzando la calle al igual que la tienda oxxo donde puedes encontrar casi de todo

Séjour de 3 nuits dans une belle chambre spacieuse et moderne, l’établissement est neuf Il est situé à 200 mètres de la playa Tortugas Superbe piscine en rooftop Inma est sympathique et très réactive Seul bémol le bruit, l’isolation phonique est très insuffisante et quand des personnes sans scrupule et n’ayant aucun respect pour les autres font un vacarme pendant des heures au milieu de la nuit Cela devient insupportable A quoi sert la personne de la sécurité qui voit les gens éméchés rentrés Ne peut-elle pas rappeler les règles de vie en collectivité ? Dommage

Definitivamente no es recomendable. Es un espacio pequeño. Mi esposa se lastimo un pie por el tipo de patas de la cama, sin protección. La mayoría de huéspedes son spring breaker ruidosos que andan de fiesta y no te dejan dormir.

Gracias Jaime por tus comentarios, lamento mucho lo de tu esposa , sobre el espacio tu reservaste la habitacion con baño, si querías una mas grande estaba el que tiene cocina, sala , lavanderia y dos baños , referente a la cama pues es de madera con patas de madera. En el edificio me imagino hay todo tipo de huéspedes pero la verdad yo nunca he tenido gente de spring breaker tengo solo parejas en mi propiedad. Siento mucho que te hayan molestado es una pena que no hubieras reportado a la recepción, en el reglamento del edificio sale las horas del silencio de 11 pm a 7 am y seguridad hubiera ido a avisarles porque ademas sancionan por hacer ruido

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument enchanteur au Takh308. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été ravis de constater que l'endroit correspondait parfaitement aux photos et que la propreté était impeccable. La piscine était tout simplement incroyable, nous nous sommes baignés tous les jours et nous avons adoré. De plus, l'emplacement est un véritable atout. À proximité de la magnifique Playa Tortugas et du ferry pour Isla Mujeres, ainsi que des attractions les plus prisées de la zone hôtelière de Cancun, il est le lieu idéal pour des vacances mémorables. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par la présence d'un transport en commun omniprésent, qui a rendu nos déplacements faciles et sécuritaires. L'hôtesse Inma mérite également des éloges pour son accueil chaleureux et son souci constant de notre bien-être. Elle nous a généreusement consacré son temps et nous a prodigué des conseils précieux pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Sa communication était exceptionnelle et elle était toujours à notre disposition pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances inoubliables à Cancun.

AMAZING stay!
The apartment is really lovely with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! I spent most of my days by the rooftop pool, a relaxing area where you have a view of the ocean in every direction. The apartment is located just across the street from one of the public beaches (Playa Tortugas) as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres - a beautiful island with really nice beaches too if you’d rather get some sand between your toes. There is also a small groccery store nearby where you can get most of the things you need, and the larger stores and malls are just a short (and cheap) bus ride away. But more than anything, the service was amazing. The host was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. As soon as I had questions, she would reply within minutes to help me find the best solution or the best recommendations. She went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible! Would definetely recommend this place!

Me encanto mi estancia en el lugar, siempre tuve comunicación con la encargada del lugar, el lugar muy limpio, nuevo, el estacionamiento está en el exterior pero tienen vigilancia las 24 horas, muy cerca se encuentra dentro de la zona hotelera, regresaría definitivamente, además una vista increíble. Como dato adicional, tuve un pequeño accidente en mi día de aventuras, y el lugar tenía un pequeño botiquín. 10 de 10

Apartment/condo was located in a great area near the hotel zone. In front was the beach playa tortugas and ferry. Room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area was outstanding with great views of Cancun. Host was attentive and available when needed. I highly recommend this property.
