Love the location, the rooms were excellent super clean. Staff is friendly. Too bad their food is not good at all . It was very hard to choose where and what to eat. We eat at every restaurant and every single one was big disappointment. Their cocktails were also bad nothing special very sugary and artificial flavors.

We stayed in the adults-only section and really enjoyed it. The area was peaceful and the overall service and experience were great. The only thing that could use improvement is the buffet food, which was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the resort.

Room was wonderful. "Grand Park Royal Cancun" is a resort geared more toward luxury and options, compared to "Park Royal Cancun" resort down the street (geared to family and economy). "Royal Select" give highest privileges within the "Grand PR" resort: Rooms in newer adults only "Royal Tower" (all Beachfront rooms) vs Central Tower (all oceanview). Priority restaurant reservations. Rooms are extra wide in this tower, so not like a narrow hotel room. Bali bed reservations at no additional charge. Assigned butler (using WhatsApp, but was also very visible). Great dining options. We felt no need to go to the steakhouse (extra cost), but again, being "Royal Select" gave us access to that dining area for more intimate beachfront breakfast buffet. Large main buffet also nice (only place for made-to-order ommlette) but noisier. Guys, dinner dress is smart casual. Nice short sleeve shirts and nice shorts/pants. Leave sport coats at home. Beach is outstanding (like everything in Hotel Zone strip). With the 3 towers plus Villas, it's a very wide property, so not crowded. We spent 1 day at the main pool. There were some kids, but not many. Adult only pool is nice and more secluded, but both are nice, and both have swim up bar. Resort was never noisy with drunks. It's casual but classy. Only loud evenings were scheduled karayoke, etc. The highest tier at this resort, I feel was a much better value in luxury, vs other luxury resorts costing thousands more.

The rooms were immaculate and spotless! The staff was friendly and eager to be helpful. We had a butler who was very attentive and made our stay so easy. The food was typical AI.. not terrible but definetly not great. The beach was beautiful as were the pool areas. The pools were a bit chilly but refreshing in the heat. Wouldn't want to hang out in them through the later afternoons or evenings due to the chilly water. We were typically too tired by evenings to explore the nightlife but the shows we saw were great. The bus system stops right in front of the hotel making navigating through the hotel zone and beyond super easy and inexpensive. There was a small push to join their membership on arrival but we did not find them pushy or aggresive and easily declined without any judgement. This is not a party atmosphere which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

While the views were still amazing, I did NOT get the room I booked. I booked the almost 1200sq ft suite and up with a much smaller room. Disappointed in that considering I paid significantly more for the room I booked vs what we received.
