「Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez notre hôte. Le logement est totalement autonome, climatisé et avec sa terrasse ombragée qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. Notre hôte : Grazia est accueillante, avenante et très gentille, elle parle parfaitement le français, ce qui a rendu plus simple les échanges.C'est avec grand plaisir que nous pourrions revenir pour un autre séjour. 「Nettes kleines Appartment. Recht ruhig gelegen in einem netten und untouristischen Ort, in der Nähe des schönen Ortasees und ca. 20 KM vom Lago Maggiore. Direkter Zugang von der Wohnung zu.einem Innenhof. Kleiner Laden um die Ecke. Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「Die Wohnung war dreckig, hat gestunken, es war verfaultes, Gemüse im Gefrierfach in aufgetautem Zustand, das Bad roch nach Urin. Eine Matratze war dreckig und hat so gestunken, dass man auf ihr nicht schlafen konnte, ebenso das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben die Wohung zu zweit,erst mal 4 Stunden lang geputzt. (Der Vermieter hat uns dafür 150 nachgelassen.) Nach einer Woche mit viel Lüften roch es nicht nehr muffig. Wir hatten uns angemeldet mit 5 Personen, es war aber nur Bettzeug für 2...

「Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und was ich ganz besonders fand ist, dass man an kleine Annehmlichkeiten gedacht hat. Für die Kaffeemaschine waren für den ersten Tag die Kapseln vorhanden, sowie Zucker, Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer. Diese Kleinigkeiten machen den besonderen Unterschied zu anderen Ferienwohnungen. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön und lud zum Verweilen ein. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Einfach wunderschön.」
