「Really lovely hotel」

「My heat didn’t work in my room. They didn’t offer me a new room, they brought up a space heater. Unsatisfactory service. I really wanted to enjoy my experience and unfortunately that was not the case.」

「Great location. With the markets right there lots of food options, and some shops. The supermarket is also just down the road.」

「Nice place to stay. My second time back. This time they charged me $30 a day for parking, which was not disclosed when booking. Not sure it worth the price.」

「The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. 」

「Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. Parking lot is seperate from the building. An elevator down to "T" and a walk past the pool to another outside building to another elevator- not convenient. Had a better stay with a more hospitable staff at BUCKHEAD LOCATION. Garbage can was overfull during breakfast and the waffle batter on floor was a...
