excellent location for the candolim area- ptoperty is dated but still well maintained staff all around were also very helpful in their duties. were also very much in tune eith their daily chores.

Hotel's location is superb, nestled close to beautiful Goan beaches. Rooms are well-furnished and offer a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The staff is friendly, ensuring your stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The restaurant serves a variety of delicious meals, including authentic Goan cuisine. The hotel features a refreshing pool, perfect for a leisurely dip. Nearby markets offer a chance to explore local art, food, and culture. Historic landmarks are just a short drive away, making sightseeing easy. Despite the bustling locale, the hotel remains a serene haven.

This is a great hotel for getting to restaurants and bars and walking to the beach the negatives were the rear of the hotel needs attention the garden was overgrown and dirty as you walk through it to get to the pool which was dirty the bathrooms were from the 18th century and the bed linen was dirty even difficult to get new towels everyday my friends room was without hot water for the entire 4 night stay the hotel could not fix the issue and did nothing to change his room or apply priority to the issue very laid back appproach overall a great hotel for location only but the actual building is rather poor the only nice part of the building was the reception rest very poor

Goa Godwin a Disastrous Experience

The hotel was not clean, food was not best quality and service very poor. The hotel didn’t allow me to cancel while they had been oversold so they made sure and took my money and rented the room at a higher cost. Thus was clear as the front desk person made sure I didn’t cancel online s also it was impossible to get online at hotel.com to make any changes

A Hotel in a good location with lots of potential

stayed for two weeks, a little far from where we normally like to be. Nice frontage to hotel very attractive restaurant and public areas including gardens at front and back very nice. Very good restaurant exactly accross the road so that was convenient to use once or twice. Problem was the stairs up to the hotel - no hand rails so very difficult for my husband who has bad legs - we cannot praise the security guards enough who always helped him up and down but with a hand rail he would have managed. The rooms needed TLC particularly the bathrooms - it was a shame because the rooms were nice and large with plenty of storage and lots of nice touches and extremely comfortable bed but just needed a tidy up decoration wise and the balcony was very small with only one chair? Breakfast was ok and did get better when they realised what europeans look for. So all in all an ok hotel with the potential to be brilliant with a little extra care and attention.
