LA MARTINA VILLA,luxury villa upon vineyards with a private swimming pool

Villa La Martina is a luxury restored XVIII Century villa located among UNESCO heritage vineyards. The villa and its garden are sourrounded by vineyards and from every window you can appreciate a wonderful landscape with a panoramic view of the hills that form a natural amphitheatre all around the house. There is a large gated garden with sunbeds, a gazebo with sofas and a brick-vaulted ceiling portico.
Villa La Martina is situated in the city of Canelli famous for the Moscato wine production and where the first Italian sparkling wine was born. You can visit our cellars and their "Underground Cathedrals" now UNESCO heritage. The villa:
Apartment Gold: it is on the ground floor with a brick-vaulted ceiling. It has a large bedroom, a bathroom, an open space kitchen with a sofa bed, a satellite tv. Direct access to the garden with a private patio.sleeps 5.
Apartment Platinum ( 110 sqm): it is on the first floor. A modern apartment with a living area,a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer machine, a microwave, a large table and a sofa bed. A huge luxury bedroom, 2 satellite 50’ TVs. It has an impressive space with 2 meter window-doors that are a frame of an ideal picture of the landscape all around. There is also a separeted second bedroom,a big bathroom and a closet with washing machine.It has a long balcony facing on the garden and a direct access to the 100 sqm terrace with an outdoor kitchen, tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. sleeps 10.
Junior suite:It is on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a satellite tv, an en-suite bathroom and two single beds. sleeps 4.
Family suite: it is on the second floor, 2 separated bedrooms with two tvs and an en suite large bathroom. sleeps 4.
the whole house has a parquet flooring and in all rooms there are particular features such as a wooden ceiling and parquet flooring. Wi-Fi connection in the whole house and garden. We have a barbecue.
Breakfast and lunches or dinners can be provided at the villa or on the large panoramic terrace. we can offer you several activities such as cooking classes, wine tasting classes with a wine professor, tours of our vineyards, truffle hunting and bike rentals.
the villa can be rented in exclusivity or just an apartment.
The villa has a private, gated SWIMMING POOL located on a playground area behind the villa and surrounded by our Moscato vines. Under a patio you can have lunch there.
The villa is in agood position to explore the South of Piedmont. Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba, Neive and La Morra are 30 minutes' drive. We are also close to the seaside and the mountains.
