hebergement Rose des sables

A notre arrivée nous avons découvert un logement non conforme à l'annonce posté sur votre site qui décrivait un logement confortable et agréable. Quelle surprise de découvrir un logement sale (vaiselle sale, four avec le lèche frite non nettoyé, sable partout sur le sol, tiroir avec mouchoirs sales, sur-matelas avec des tâches et drap tachés de sang et sales, objets réparés avec du scotch, coussin éventré réparé avec des pinces à linge ...). Impossibilité d'utiliser le lit superposé (mal monté, pas sécurisé, armoire électrique se trouvant au niveau du couchage du haut et semi protégé par bricolage avec scotch). L'annonce précise la présence d'une loggia, mais inutilisable du fait de la présence du bloc d'extraction de la climatisation. Nous avons donc pû utiliser seulement une partie du logement au cours de cette semaine et dû trouver une solution pour faire dormir par terre, le couchage supérieur du lit superpsosé étant dangereux.

Lage war TOP, Wohnung war sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit wild zusammengewürfeltem Inventar. Leider keine Liegen auf Terrasse. Und war bei Übergabe schmuddelig. Haben Stuhlauflagen selbst gewaschen und Plastikmöbel abgewaschen, Ansonsten Super Aussicht ...auf Platz mit Bühne und teilw. Livemusik

Bien placé mais peu fonctionnel

L´emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage, de commerces et restaurants, mais loin de la cohue de Canet. La place de parking et la climatisation sont vraiment appréciables (même si l´utilisation de la clim en plein été rend le balcon inutilisable). L´appartement est bien agencé, avec 2 chambres séparées. Mais l´équipement est vieillissant et peu fonctionnel (frigo ne fait pas de froid, hotte HS. Pas de matériel suffisant pour un minimum de ménage, douche piquée de moisi...)

Het appartement ligt perfect! Op de 4de verdieping vlak aan het strand met een mooi uitzicht. Het gebouw wordt heel goed onderhouden en heeft een nette afgesloten parkeerplaats aan de achterkant. Het appartement is best ruim maar wel verouderd. Kookpannen en servies in beperkte mate aanwezig. Verder wel proper.

satisfaisant vue magnifique,couverture des literies etat limite,serrures portes d'entrée montées a l'envers et capot de la rampe d'eclairage de la salle de bains non remis en place signalé à l'agence le 1er jour et resté sans effet .
