The apartment amenities is old microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. the balcony is quite big which is good for having meals as well. it is 30mins walk going to the city center (place de méditerrané) the little train is not that reliable as transport. on the otherhand you can enjoy the beautiful amenities of the hotel. Thalasso Spa , Kids club (to be paid) Main pool, billards for free.

The double doors (windows) arnet closing properly so get pretty noisy , so id avoid remt s room on tje mountain side as thstd the camping side , with loud music till midnight each nights

Vieillissant

Les résidences liées à l’hôtel sont vieillissantes et ne correspondent pas aux photographies. Les meubles sont abîmés, se cassent facilement, et nous avons dû changer de chambre à deux reprises. Malheureusement, la table basse s’est effondrée sur le pied de mon fils de deux ans, qui a également découvert une vis sur le sol. De plus, le bruit était gênant, et l’isolation phonique était insuffisante, rendant difficile le sommeil pendant les 4 nuits passées dans l’appartement. L’eau chaude pour la douche était irrégulière, parfois inexistante. J’ai même dû me doucher à l’eau froide le soir du réveillon de Noël. Malgré ces problèmes, le personnel de l’hôtel était compréhensif, mais il est regrettable de lier ces appartements à l’hôtel des Flamands Roses. Cela constitue une publicité mensongère, car le standing est bien en deçà de nos attentes lors de la réservation, qui a totalisé plus de 540€ pour 4 nuits. Cette association ternit l’image de l’hôtel.

Das Appartement hat keine 4 Sterne, nur das Hotel nebenan. Einrichtung schon älter und sehr einfach, länger nicht renoviert. Fitness und Spa sind für Bewohner der Appartements nicht inklusiv, was bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen war. Ebenfalls nicht angegeben war eine Säuberung durch die Mieter (in Coronazeiten??) oder Extrakosten für die Reinigung. Die bei Expedia im Angebot angegebenen Standards (UNPLV) zur Reinigung und Desinfektion in Hotels in Frankreich waren auf Nachfrage im Hotel nicht bekannt.

Fue todo muy bien hasta que nos enteramos que para el check out, teníamos nosotros que limpiar el departamento, botar las basuras y sacar las sábanas, me parece que tienen que avisar eso en la descripción ya que no es un alojamiento económico para tener que aún hacer el trabajo de limpieza nosotros

Nous avons été reçu par l’agent de sécurité, pas de réception, pas de restaurant, pas de petit déjeuner, aucun service de prévu au départ. EXTRÊMEMENT DÉÇU !!! Même pour rendre les clés, personne ne nous a répondu, nous avons dû laisser les clés dans la chambre sans l’avis de personnes.

Appartements bien situés en bord de mer et piscine agréable. L’appartement n’est pas très pratique, malgré les équipements disponibles (clim, frigo, plaque de cuisson...) mais il est vite compliqué d’y séjourner à 5 car très peu d’espace de rangement ou tout simplement pour poser ses affaires. Appartement assez bruyant (coté rue et face au camping ou se déroule des activités jusqu’à 0h environ)

Fuyez cet résidence !

L'hôtel se situe en face du Camping, nous avions une Vue "Montagne" qui était plutôt une vue sur route et camping. Les soirées du camping finissaient a minuit ou 2h du matin la majeure partie de la semaine. Ceci sans mentionner les fourmis dans la chambre et la chambre de "standing" qui mérite un bon coup de rafraichissement. L'Hôtel est près de la plage, mais hormis cet attout la chambre est très mal située

hotel avec centre de thalasso et face a la mer

nous etions dans la partie residence avec un grand appartement 2 chambres vue mer bien agencé mais il ne faut pas trop regarder les finitions... quand on loge a la residence le centre de balnéo thalasso est payant et coute 20 € la demi journee par personne . c est assez cher !! il faut passer par un souterrain pas chauffé et mal eclairé... bof sinon place de parking devant ... et plage devant l hotel et residence un peu loin du centre avec les restaurants et bars
