Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it.
