The location was very good and the size of the unit was surprisingly large. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and restaurant on site were great. A great, well priced place to stay while visiting the rocky mountains.

We had a great time in Canmore. The suite had plenty of room for 2 couples. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. It was great to be within walking distance to many restauramts and stores. We enjoyed the hot tub with the indoor/outdoor option. We had some issues with the kepad lock, but the host was responsive within minutes and very helpful. Handy to be right next to the elevator as we don't travel light. I would recommend this suite.

Underground parking not suitable for pick-ups and VUS, cannot open driver’s door… we have a pick-up, should be specified. Mold in the two showers, not even able to start them, no instructions anywhere. No dressers in one bedroom, had to take a chair in the kitchen to put luggage. No explanations on how to use the door code… at 4:00 PM exactly… In general, daily fee is much too high for the poor quality on this appartement. Not recommanded we would not go there again.

The property met our needs for a couple of days stay. Good location, within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and stores. The property owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to any issues. The folks that had the property prior to us conveniently "forgot to check-out" until after 4pm so we were unable to check-in at our booked time. Zak kept us informed of the situation and alerted us when the room was finally vacated and cleaned. No fault if his, just ignorant clients. The walls are a bit thin and the unit is located on the ground floor facing the highway so if peace and quiet is what you're looking for this may not be the place for you. Unit was well stocked had everything required. Nice to have the pool and hot tub to use after a long day of sight-seeing.

I stayed here with friends during our visit to Canmore and Banff National Park. It was wonderful! We loved the proximity to everything, but also preferred being in Canmore which is less crowded than Banff. Everything was super clean and comfortable in the condo! The showers are amazing! The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Canmore Gem

Everything about this rental was perfect! Communication with the host was incredible and response was quick. It was a comfortable place with really great amenities. It was nice to have a kitchen and dining room to use for meals at home. I love that they have a Keurig and also a tea kettle (with tea!) We also enjoyed the comfortable living room and fireplace after long days out in the cool temps. The view from the back window is very nice and the pool/hot tub were a bonus to soak our sore muscles from long days adventuring. The location is within walking distance of Policeman's Creek Boardwalk, restaurants and a REALLY good bagel shop! It's only a 20min drive to Banff, and we liked being away from the business of Banff. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and hope to return to stay in the future!

This is a lovely two bedroom/ two bath with a large kitchen and reasonable size living room. Ideal place for two couples. The only thing that wasn’t great was the noise from the highway when you sat on the patio.

Canmore family vacation

We had an awesome time in our rental while we stayed in Canmore. The property was exactly as listed and there were no surprises when we showed up. The condo was clean and had all the features to make our stay memorable. Communication with the property manager was prompt and although we didn’t need anything specifically addressed, I’m sure they would’ve been able to help us out if we needed. We would definitely stay again!

First time not staying in a regular hotel. We weren't sure what to expect but everything was perfection! They clearly care about their guests. They answered questions promptly which was much appreciated as newbies. We are already talking about going back in the summer. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

What a wonderful property. Exactly as described and while not a new build has lots of character and I felt it was a deal for the price paid. Lots of room to spread out and privacy in the large bedrooms when needed. Hidden gem was the indoor/outdoor hot tub which was a perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Owners communicated well and frequently, only thing other thing to share for information sake is that the hosts messages came through VRBO not Expedia (where I booked) so I had to log in to the VRBO app to get them or check my email. (Not on the hosts, this is something Expedia that owns VRBO needs to sort)
