We absolutely loved our stay here! The pool was a hit with our 8 yr old son, the room was comfortable and clean. The steam shower in the second bathroom wasnt working but the shower was gorgeous anyways.

Great night away

This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views of the mountains off the deck and enough amenities to keep you comfortable. The pool area is great and I love the indoor/outdoor hot tub. Underground parking is also a bonus! Great communication and very easy to check in and out. I would definitely stay again. Better value than any hotel in Canmore.

Good Location

Location is close to downtown Canmore which is really nice. Beds are comfy. When we arrived at 4 our room had not been cleaned yet and I still had to pay the full cleaning fee which is frustrating. I contacted the owner and they had it cleaned immediately, however this was a very large inconvenience because we had to leave for an hour after already travelling for 4 hours. Had we arrived later in the evening and found the room like this it could have ruined our entire trip.

We booked this property based on the pool and water slide for the kids The owners should have told us it was going to be closed. That was very disappointing. Also check in, I had to chase down the manger to find out how to get into the property. Which was a bother. Place was clean and fine, in a good spot. But communication was a challenge.

Cozy little place

Overall the stay was nice. Closer to Banff and Canmore downtown. The bed on the sleeper sofa is a little too thin but my teenager was ok to sleep on it. And the bath tub head shower didn’t work at all, and the faucet on the wash basin was little dirty. We ended up using master bath most of the times. Room is a quite a walk away from garage elevator
