    This Luxury and cozy condo will suit all your needs from couples who want to enjoy some time away from the busy life, to families who wish to spend time together and enjoy the majestic Rocky Mountains. One of the best aspects of this condo is you will be amazed at the mountain view from this immaculate unit sitting in front of your own fireplace or on the full sized balcony. Enjoy your mountain morning with coffee, soaking in ray & fresh air while taking in the sweeping mountains view from the balcony!

     Outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, Open a year round. The pool and hot tubs may be closed for safety reasons when the temperature drops below -20C.

    Downtown Canmore is within 15 minutes walking distance or a few minutes drive, where you can stroll through town and browse the shops, enjoy a nice meal, or spoil yourself with a day at the spa. If you are looking to be active during your stay, you can enjoy one of the nearby golf courses, or during ski season check out one of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding areas. There are hiking trails and bike trails, and even a nearby park to take the little ones.

    Damage Deposit of $280.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported. Pet is not allowed. Bring the pet may risk $150 extra charge for pet cleaning

This place was very nice. It was clean and has nice underground parking. We skied both lake Louise (1hr away) and sunshine (30 min away) and went to Banff (20 min away). You are also walking distance to restaurants.

We were will pleased with the overall ammenties of the Premium King unit provided for our 5 night stay. Cleanliness was okay, but did have some room for improvement. Bathtub seemed to be only wiped down with a damp cloth, but there was still evidence of soap scum residue. We took advantage of the hot tub amenity several times in which these 70 decade bones and joints of ours much appreciated.

The accommodation was excellent and in a convenient location. It had everything I needed! The host was very helpful and quick in replying to any communication. Definitely a place I would stay again.

The location was good. The amenities of heated underground parking, pool and multiple hot tubs was great. We booked this because we had 4 people. The description stating there is two beds is a bit misleading because one is the sofa bed. I had looked at so many hotels and missed that it said one was a pull out couch. Technically yes two beds but for it to be in all caps as a selling feature made me miss that it was a pull out. There also was not enough linens for the pull out couch. For a room that sleeps 4 people and advertises two beds so prominently I expected more bedding. The king bed had bedding but there was only one extra duvet for the pull out couch and one top sheet. You couldn't cover the duvet for the pull out couch that was done for the king bed. The room was comfortable and served the purpose i was just dissapointed in the bed situation. I would stay again because I would know what to expect.

Perfect Spring Getaway with my Bestie!

Had an amazing time visiting the Canadian Rockies for the first time with my bestie! This VRBO was perfect, not far from Banff and the ski resorts. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here & in Canmore again to save a dime!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very simple check in process even being late with our flight, several hot tubs on the property and close to walk into town! Ben was super easy to get ahold of and responsive to questions!
