Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. As a stranger in this country, I felt warm inside. The staff were quite helpful with other issues such as speed limit policy in Canada, too. Overall speaking, we had a wonderful stay here!😄

The lady at the front desk that works nights is not good at her job. We had very loud people above us (family with jumping kids. Sounded like a heard of elephants. I called her to ask her to please tell them not to let the kids jump. She wanted us to put up with it and complain to mgr in the morning. I refused and the begrudgingly changed our room in the evening. She said to us this will not happen again (won’t change our room again, like she did us a favour. The room was clean, breakfast was great and Moncy was very good and very nice. My husband is not happy. It took one person to spoiled our anniversary weekend

Breakfast could definitely be improved. Options and how it is served on paper plates with paper cutlery and cups was not expected at hotel. Limited options and barely any fresh fruit (only apples). our first time to stay in this hotel and we were happy and satisfied. the facility is clean and very convenient, walking distance to some commercial /stores you want to go. the parking lot is not that bad. we love their breakfast as there are healthy options to eat. getting a discount from Patrinos Steak Restaurant was excellent! will definitely book to this hotel in our future trip. highly recommended

Our family of three stayed in Super 8 Canmore for six nights. The staff were friendly and always available on site, the rooms were clean and maintained well, and everything was within walking or driving distance. Check-in and check-out was easy even at odd hours (we checked out at 4 a.m. because we had to catch a morning flight). If you are bringing a car, there is always ample parking at the hotel. The view from the room was beautiful and the hotel is surrounded by mountains on almost all sides. Our room was on the opposite side of the train tracks so it was very quiet. The room came with a keurig, fridge, microwave, and TV. Everything about the bathroom looked new. The free breakfast is excellent for the value. The menu stays the same most of the time, but there are plenty of choices. The only issue we had was a broken room phone but the hotel addressed it fairly quickly and got it fixed. We had moments where the wifi would not work or lag, but that would also be resolved fairly quickly. I would choose to stay here again when I return to Canmore/Banff area.
