「Bettina the host was amazing!!! One of the best hosts I’ve had on a vacation rental. She helped us get settled and was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had for the entire time. Everything was excellent from check-in all the way through the end of the trip. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect! "Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice. "
