Satisfait.

Appartement confortable, bien décoré et très propre, conforme aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la Croisette, à proximité du Tennis Club de Cannes. Immeuble très bien entretenu et calme. Bon accueil et bonne réactivité de Laura et de Sophie, qui gèrent l'appartement pour le compte du propriétaire. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est un peu sombre car situé au 1er étage, avec des arbres dans la rue et des immeubles en face. L'appartement est cependant très bien éclairé. Au global, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement.

L'endroit était situé à 5 min de la plage dans un quartier calme et idéal. Sophie a été très serviable et accommodante. L'appartement était en bon état. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les recommandations locales.

Serviable - Bon séjour !

J'ai séjourné ici avec ma famille pendant une semaine début mai 2024. L'appartement a été récemment rénové et est très joli J'ai travaillé depuis l'appartement en semaine pendant que mon partenaire et mon bébé passaient du temps en ville et à la plage, tous deux à distance de marche confortable. Il y a quelques supérettes à proximité, et un supermarché ouvert 24h/24 est également à quelques pas. La vitesse d'Internet était rapide et stable, je l'ai utilisée pour les appels vidéo pendant la journée et il pouvait diffuser confortablement Netflix la nuit. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons eu un problème avec l'un des volets de fenêtre, et bien qu'il n'ait pas pu être réparé lorsque nous étions là, les propriétaires se sont excusés et ont offert une compensation. Tous les équipements répertoriés étaient présents, mais il manquait quelques touches de « maison loin de chez vous » qui auraient rendu le séjour parfait. J'attribue cela à une nouvelle annonce et les propriétaires ont déclaré qu'ils allaient agir pour les futurs locataires. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrions ici si nous revenions à Cannes.

Bel appartement

L’appartement est très beau, l’immeuble est paisible, le tout proche du centre comme de la Croisette. L’électroménager est moderne et la décoration est très cosy . Laura est très réactive et accueillante. Je recommande cet appartement.

Un joyau !

C'est un joyau, si vous avez la chance de réserver cet appartement, vous ne serez pas déçus ! Tout comme sur la photo, spacieux, moderne, beau et super bien situé. Le canapé-lit et le lit principal étaient très confortables, nous avons marché jusqu'à la plage et avons eu une expérience incroyable en regardant l'eau et les yahts - puis nous avons loué une voiture et réalisé que Nice et Monaco étaient à quelques minutes en voiture, c'est l'endroit idéal qui est calme si vous le souhaitez si vous le cherchez. Sophie a pris soin de nous enregistrer et Laura a été super détendue en nous vérifiant, nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui sont détendus, qui apprécient les bonnes choses de la vie, ce n'est probablement pas l'endroit pour ceux qui recherchent des fêtes ou des nuits folles. J'adore cet endroit ! Ils ont également donné un lave-linge et un sèche-linge pour les vêtements, ce qui est un grand plus pour les voyageurs passionnés comme nous.
