Wonderful apartment as well as the surroundings.the apartment was more spacious than expected so plenty of room for 4 adults. Marvellous view from the balcony.We also enjoyed the nice swimmingpool area that was never too crowded And open for an evening swim which was lovely. Our host was very very friendly and welcoming. We would love to go back in the future.

The apartment benefits from a great location just outside the main hub of Cannes with beautiful gardens & views over the Mediterranean. It is spacious and decorated with some lovely art work that the owner has acquired as well as an interesting collection of art reference books. Unfortunately there are a couple of downsides that due to lack of and old reviews available for this property we were not aware of. Firstly the main bathroom is extremely dated and in need of replacement, to the point that we avoided using. Instead we stuck to the en-suite, this however had not had the filter cleaned and the water would collect in base to the point of flooding over. I purchased some rubber gloves and cleaner and rectified as it was full of hair and other black gunk. Once cleared it was not a problem the rest of the holiday. (I did raise with the owner who said the cleaners are very good and there had never been a problem, he did acknowledged that the main bathroom was in need of updating.) Other minor things like lots of fluff build up in the bottoms of wardrobes, dirty air filters and old food left in the fridge were slightly off putting however overall the apartment made for a great base.The owners niece welcomed us and personally handed over the keys as well as providing some good local knowledge which we were grateful for. We are keen walkers so had no problem for the 20 minute walk along the sea path into Cannes or walking into La Bocca which had good bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Komfort. Sie ist toll gelegen in einem parkähnlichen Gelände mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es war toll!

Séjour très agréable en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est superbe avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue et bénéficie d'une belle piscine. Nous étions très bien situé pour profiter de la plage et des transports pour découvrir la région. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très réactif.

A month in Cannes

We were looking for a suitable appartment in Cannes to stay in September and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Excellent facilities with parking on site and an easy walk to the beach. The grounds are beautiful - never busy and at times we had sole use of the swimming pool. Appartment had everything we needed and comfortable beds. We were met by the owner on arrival and there is a concierge on site but didn’t need to contact either during our stay.

Un vrai paradis

Ces 10 jours ont été formidables. L appartement est très agréable à vivre dans un environnement luxuriant. Les équipements de l appartement ne sont pas en reste. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Avoir la mer devant soi à toute heure.... le bonheur ! Et sans oublier la piscine grande et aménagée, verdure, transats 😍😍😍 Un peu en convalescence après avoir été rattrapée par le Covid en juillet, je suis peu sortie les premiers jours et profité de l appartement et decla résidence. Un grand merci à nos hôtes ! Je recommande sans réserve ! 👍🦋🎊

'Fantastische plek

15 jours magnifiques, MERCI !

Magnifique appartement, se lever tous les matins avec cette magnifique vue sur la mer, magique ! appartement décoré avec goût, très spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut. un cadre très agréable, tennis, une grande piscine avec très peu de monde, nous étions 4 avec les enfants et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Dans un écrin de verdure.

Un appartement traversant, une grande terrasse, une vue sur la mer, un parc très bien entretenu, une piscine où l’on peut nager, un court de tennis en terre battue...et la mer à 10 mn à pied. Elle est belle la vie, à La Croix des Gardes....

Perfekte Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Appartement Anlage mit einem fantastischen Pool. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Im Haus herrscht absolute Ruhe, so dass man sich in entspannter Atmosphäre sehr gut erholen kann. Die Lage ermöglicht sehr gut Ausflüge nach Grasse, Antibes, Cannes oder Nizza. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

A great home....

… for great holidays. We (2 adults, 2 adolescents) stayed there for 14 days and enjoyed there the fully equipped flat with its superb view over the mediterranian sea. It is in good condition and as it is not located downtown the site is pretty calm.The facilities (graden, pool) are perfectly maintained. Beaches are reached within a 10 minutes walking distance, a car is recommended for shopping and sightseeing trips. The owner was very nice and handed out keys personally. So it was a very warm welcome that we appreciated very much.

Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad. Het appartement ligt in een zeer mooie residentie met een fantastisch uitzicht, een prachtige tuin en geweldig zwembad. Het appartement is zeer ruim met 2 slaapkamers met goede bedden en 2 ruime badkamers, waarvan er 1 wat verouderd is. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, maar wel wat verouderd. De ligging is perfect, op loop afstand van het strand en bushalte (van hieruit ben je met vijf minuten in het centrum van Cannes). Wij willen zeker nog een keer naar dit appartement.

Very attractive apartment with wonderful views

We very much enjoyed staying in this spacious and very pleasant apartment. The situation is delightful and the gardens and outside facilities are outstanding. We took the path from the gardens down to the sea front and found it lovely. The apartment itself is light and cheerful and well equipped. (Couldn't find a kettle though - often the case in France, I think!). We had no problems and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you to Mr & Mrs Nohen for their kind welcome and helpful information on our arrival.
