Very comfortable, restful and beautiful

Ideally located to the village of Valbonne and other villages. Tastefully decorated with a terrace over looking the pool and the opposite hills. The pool in particular was the highlight-large size and clean with sunchairs to spend the days relaxing around a garden with ample trees. Car parking available. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Idilic Setting

Host was very welcoming when we arrived, very informative on the accommodation which is in a lovely setting albeit a little remote without a car. The walk to and from the village is along a road without pavement for some of the way so we used Uber (10-15) to get back in the evenings and luckily had local friends to collect us.The accommodation was very clean and had most things we needed for our short stay. Pool is very nice and very welcome on hot days with wonderful views across the valley. Lots of outside space to enjoy with a barbecue.If we visit again we would definitely need a car. It is a comfortable property ideal for relaxing.

Beautiful and private apartment

We loved to stay here. We stayed in the appartement below. Although the owners live in the app above it feels really private. There is also a separate te holiday house, so the swimming pool is shared with just one other family. Swimming pool was clean and good size. The location is very beautiful and private. The area is nice but crowded. Everything was perfect, the owners responded quickly when needed and recommended nice places to visit and restaurants as well. We only missed a washing machine, but this was also not in the description. We really recommend to stay here

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen. Besonders hervorheben muss man den 50 m/2 Pool den wir jede Tag genossen haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt unweit von Valbonne eine wunderschönes Städtchen mit tollen Lokalen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.

Positiv in Erinnerung wird uns in jedem Fall der hochwertige, gepflegte Pool bleiben. Das große Gelände bietet ausreichend Schattenmöglichkeiten und von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool. Anne hat uns mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt, welche reichlich Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge bietet. Außerdem ist das Örtchen Valbonne wirklich charmant und wir können auf jeden Fall empfehlen, freitags den Wochenmarkt zu besuchen. Hier ist jedoch hinzuzufügen, dass der Weg nach Valbonne mit keinem Gehweg ausgestattet ist. Außerdem ist der Weg zur Wohnung sehr eng. Von der Wohnung aus liegen zwei Bäcker und ein großer Supermarkt nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. In der Wohnung waren wir von dem Schlafsofa positiv überrascht, welches sehr gemütlich war. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten ebenfalls Blick auf das tolle Gelände. Anzumerken ist, dass die Badewanne (in welcher geduscht wird) keinen Badevorhang bietet, was es großen Personen erschwert, aufrecht zu duschen. Ansonsten hat uns das Bad sehr gefallen. Allgemein war die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber. Gut zu wissen ist, dass es pro Person ein Duschhandtuch gibt und insgesamt zwei Geschirrhandtücher. Für Tierhaarallergiker ist eventuell gut zu wissen, dass zum Anwesen eine Katze gehört, welche sehr zutraulich ist und die Nähe zu Menschen sucht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genießen können und würden Anne jederzeit wieder besuchen.

Super schöne Wohnung mit Pool

Wir haben bei Anne sehr schöne 6 Tage verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet und war für uns und unsere beiden Kinder groß genug. Die Küche ist ebenso sauber und gut ausgestattet und ich habe dort gerne gekocht. Beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und schönem Garten mit alten Olivenbäumen konnten wir Eltern schön entspannen, während die Kinder natürlich hauptsächlich im Pool waren, der täglich gepflegt wurde. Außerdem ist Valbonne eine ganz tolle kleine Stadt/ Dorf und von dort kann man im Umkreis von ca. 20-30 Minuten Fahrt sehr gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen (Cannes/ Meer, Grasse, ...) Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anne et Thierry qui sont adorables. La piscine et l'environnement sont exceptionnels et très au calme. What a wonderful place! Perfect environment to get your energy back, with very friendly owners. The pool is large and clean, inviting to relax, the terrace offers an awesome view and the appartment is nice and cosy and well equiped. We valued the quiet location wich is in a 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the old city of Valbonne.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Kindern (14 Jahre und 7 Jahre) zum ersten Mal nach Frankreich und waren etwas unsicher, aber dies wurde uns dank des freundlichen und herzlichen Empfangs unserer lieben Vermieter sofort genommen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und gepflegt, sie bietet alles was benötigt wird. Sollte etwas fehlen, bittet Anne direkt um Information und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Toll fanden wir auch die Gelegenheit den Grill zu nutzen. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön gepflegt und der Pool ist großartig! Er wurde von uns sehr gern genutzt und auch hier sind Anne und Thiery sehr diskret, man bemerkt kaum, dass man nicht allein im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll für Erkundungen, sowohl zum Meer wie auch um die kleinen Bergdörfer zu entdecken. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank für die tollen Tipps, liebe Anne und lieber Thiery! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunerschöner Umgebung

Anne hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines wunderschön gepflegten Privatanwesens. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung bietet an Einrichtung alles, was wir brauchten Wir sind als Familie gereist (mit 2 Kindern, 9 und 13 Jahre). Den Pool durften wir selbstverständlich nutzen und unsere Kinder haben das sehr genossen - manchmal wohl auch zum Leidwesen von Anne und ihrem Mann. Danke für eure Geduld! Anne ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immerwieder Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung alles erleben und besichtigen kann. In Summe ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub.

14 Tage Entspannung pur

Anne und Thierry sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, die selbst mit im Objekt wohnen. Garten und Pool werden täglich gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne schattige Terrasse mit Blick in die Landschaft und auf den Pool, die Wohnung bleibt auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die gute Ausstattung der Küche und das geschmackvoll ausgewählte Mobiliar. Anne and Thierry are extremely nice hosts who live in the property themselves. Garden and pool are maintained daily. The apartment has a very nice shady terrace with a view of the landscape and the pool, the apartment stays pleasantly cool even on hot days. We found the good equipment of the kitchen and the tastefully selected furniture very pleasant.
