Good stay and close to Palais

We had a nice week long stay for an event at the Palais. The flat is spacious and just as pictured. We had a minor plumbing problem but the owner was over very quickly to amend. Two minute walk to the Palais and lots of shops and restaurants are nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely apartment near Palais

Apartment was clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. Comfortable beds and ample space. Air conditioning works well, and all windows have exterior blinds to keep out light and some noise. Building is secure. Property manager was easy to communicate with and check in/check out process was simple. The building has an elevator which is helpful with luggage. Even during the Cannes Film Festival, the apartment remained relatively quiet since it's on a side street, which was a huge plus. There is one discrepancy between the listing and the actual apartment, which is that the apartment has only 2 1/2 bathrooms, not 3 full baths. There is a full bath in the main hallway, a full bath off one of the bedrooms, and just a sink and shower (no toilet) off another bedroom.

Parfait endroit, Hote parfaite.

Tout s'est passe parfaitemnt bien. Lena etait tres bien et nous a aide avec des petits problemes mineurs. L'endroit etait parfait pour nous egalement. Je recommende cette propriete (ainsi que la societe qui la gere -- Lena) tres fortement. Aucun regret. nous esperons y revenir des que possible.
