Located in the centre of Cannes and on the first line of ocean boulevard of Croisette, the Studio offers a self-catering accommodation.
This air-conditioned property is located next to the beach and a number of restaurants, cafes , shops , grocery and bakery can be found within a 2-minute walk.
It can offer you a comfortable and plaisent stay while you want to explore the French Riviera or if you are coming for the Cannes convention center, on the premium location of Cannes. Next to the grand and famous 5 stars Palaces such as Martinez , Carlton Hotels. 


The apartment is located on the first floor and includes a comfy bed with un smart TV.
A folding table that can be used as a dinning table or a desk.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator , Nespresso machine, washing machine , etc .
The full bathroom has a cabine shower . 

For guests who wish to explore all Cannes has to offer, the Malmaison Art Center a 7-minute walk from the studio and the Palais des Festivals, famous for hosting the Cannes Film Festival is less than 1 km away. 

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is located 28 km away.

This was a clean and comfortable room. I was here for the Cannes Yachting Festival and the location was perfect. It is also a very short walk to the beach, lots of dining options and grocery shops. Also, I had a few questions ahead of and just after arrival. Roya was super responsive and helpful.
