The Croix des Gardes district is known for its panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and its quieter atmosphere away from the busy Croisette. From here, the city remains within easy reach while the surroundings invite a slower rhythm.

The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace and includes a comfortable sofa bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and freezer for everyday convenience.
The bedroom features two single bunk beds, allowing the apartment to host up to four guests comfortably. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an independent WC.
A parking space is available in the residence’s basement for a maximum height of 1.90 meters.
The beaches can be reached in around four minutes by car, while the Palais des Festivals is about ten minutes away by taxi or car. A supermarket is also nearby.

Pool sun loungers are available for an additional fee: €5 for half a day or €10 for a full day. This service is independent from our accommodation, and payment is made directly to the pool staff.
The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 7.45 pm from 4 April to 1 November.
Villa Francia is a large residence consisting of numerous buildings and extensive landscaped areas. Depending on the location of your apartment, a walk through the grounds may be required between the parking area and your accommodation.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.
Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
