Stay in the heart of Cannes , our 2-bedroom apartment, with private bathrooms is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the Palais and the city centre.
Each room has its own private balcony and bathroom for optimum comfort. There's a large 32 m2 living room to relax in.
Bedding, table and bath linens, beach towels are provided. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift, but the view makes up for it!

Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Bad und einem großzügig geschnittenem Wohn-Essbereich für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich gute Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist sauber und von guter Qulität.Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Bedenken muss man allerdings, dass die Wohnung an einer sehr steilen Straße liegt und man auch beim check in bzw check out nicht mit dem Auto zufahren kann sondern alles eben diese Straße hochschleppen muss.

Location was great. Close to an event we were attending and great food shopping area. Communication very good with owner. There was very loud construction outside the apartment for street work but this was not the owners fault. Fortunately the air conditioning worked well and we closed windows when we need to be there to limit the sound.

Une vue superbe depuis un appartement tres agréable.

Cannes perfect location
Perfect location, well equipped and spacious unit. Great for couples or family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only downside was bed could use some better pillows. Otherwise no complaints. Big plus to have some supplies for cleaning and cooking.

The property is in a great location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, beach, and of course a bakery really close. (Walking distance) Fabienne was easily accessible and we enjoy the restaurant recommendations. We had a very nice time in Cannes and enjoyed our stay.

A lovely large apartment in a quiet street in 'Le Suquet' quarter of Cannes with a terrace providing a great view of the harbour.
The apartment is well equipped with all you might need for a comfortable stay in Cannes.
It is well located with a wide range of shops bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Fabienne, the host, was very kind and responsive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Selected for location near Palais du Festival as on business for a week
Colleague and I sharing- worked perfectly with two bedrooms , two en-suite bathrooms and great facilities, full kitchen etc

Home away from home!
A wonderful week spent in beautiful Suquet in Cannes as a family with 2 teens…
Apartment surpassed our expectations in size and comfort. Everything is designed for functionality with great style and decor.
Big plus was the A/C in each bedroom and the dining/living room during July’s heavy heat.
Highly recommend this large flat, complete with 2 balconies with superb views and 2 full baths.

Appartement très agréable
Appartement idéalement placé, dans le vieux Cannes, à 2 pas de la Croisette, de son Palais des festivals et d'un marché couvert quotidien. Très beaux volumes pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, vaisselle et mobilier très élégants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le charme de cet appartement.

Casa molto grande, confortevole e dottata di ogni accessorio.
Molto apprezzati i due bagni nelle rispettive camere.

Lumière et charme
Nous sommes des habitués de cette partie de la côte mais nous avons découvert tout le charme du quartier du Suquet dans la partie ancienne de Cannes. L’appartement est lumineux, calme et il est fort bien équipé pour y séjourner en famille. L’accueil est aussi très agréable et nous repartons avec des poteries fabriquées par notre hôte.
