  • The 6th and last floor, beautiful view of the bay of Cannes and the hills of California, renovated apartment with a main 70m2 terrace facing south. Composed of living room, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 parking, 10 minutes walk from the Rue d'Antibes. A very large pool set among palm trees with sunbeds, bar and restaurant. Tennis courts, indoor pool and fitness room.

    Magnificent views from the extremely large terrace!

    Not only was this apartment well organized, spotless, spacious, and conveniently located, it had an incredible private terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes. Both bedrooms had en suite baths plus there were two WCs. Highly recommend.

    Schöne komfortable Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

    Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen und komfortablen Wohnung, die in allem auf Top-Niveau ist und viel Platz für 4 Personen bietet. Dazu kommt noch die große Terrasse samt Pflanzen und Traumblick auf die Bucht von Cannes und das Esterel-Gebirge. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber, die Gesamtausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet, man ist zu Fuß in 15 min an der Croisette und mit den Buslinien schnell zum Bahnhof oder in die Altstadt. Das Auto kann man ohne Parkplatzsorgen in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Auch für Ausflüge die Küste entlang oder in die Bergdörfer ist es ein idealer Standort. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar hat uns vorab bestens informiert und uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

    This is an absolutely fantastic apartment. And Herve and Aina are wonderful hosts. Based on the description of the property and the photos, we selected this apartment for our three weeks on the Riviera. Herve and Aina were at the property when we arrived, and they showed us everything in each room and also on the terrace. Then the unbelievable, to us. Herve took us on a walk to show the easiest way to get to the market and then further on to a main street where he introduced us to the owner of a restaurant and treated us to a glass of rose. Everything in the apartment is new. But we spent each and every evening at the southern end of the terrace watching the lights of Cannes and the bay light up. No crowds. No noise. And only a kilometer from the beach. It is uphill, yes, but it is easy to get a taxi to return home. Also, the Novotel is next door and it can be your neighborhood bar and restaurant. And also, their pool is for the tenants use. Should you encounter a problem, and we did, we received responses within less than two hours. Just great. Lastly, should you be in Cannes next summer, please check out the fireworks festival. It features contestants from six countries and may be the best fireworks show we have ever seen. Again, thank you so much Herve and Aina.
