「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. 「We booked 2 rooms for our stay (for 4 nights). I have absolutely no complaints about our stay. The welcome and service were brilliant.
The rooms were so clean and neat and extremely comfortable,
The hotel itself is ideally located.
We didn't use the spa (only because of our itinerary).
I have already recommended this hotel to friends and I would definately stay there again.」
