「This is a great option for Cannes. It is close to the train station and it a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms have veen recently renovated so were very nice and the air-conditioning worked very well. It had a balcony to sit out and shutters to keep the noise out at night. 「A castle on the beach, it's quite a dream! Steps away from the sea, you walk up a tower (literally) into the magical Chateau de Theoule, where you walk along stone-paved gardens from the pool, restaurant/bar, spa, and spacious rooms. Parking is available and the valet staff was very professional. The hotel has a private beach club and the water is less crowded than the other beaches nearby. "I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest. I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
