Just a short distance from downtown and the picturesque rolling waves of the Pacific Ocean, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the west side of Hemlock can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

When pulling up to Sea Salt, you will fall in love with the exterior. You'll find plenty of parking, and a fenced in yard provides a safe space for children and pets to run around outdoors.

Enter the first floor of the home and you are greeted by a roomy living room with a Queen sleeper sofa. Located just off this sitting area are a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room that includes a full-sized fridge and microwave. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a TV, and a large paned west-facing window that lets sunlight in. Enjoy the convenience of a full bath, with a shower on this level when you come back from spending the day at the beach.

On the second level of this home is the spacious main living area. This open concept space feels even more expansive with numerous large windows and an arched ceiling. Two couches and a recliner are gathered around the brick fireplace with a TV mounted above. Adjacent is the dining area which includes a dining table that can seat up to eight guests.

The kitchen has plenty of room for more than one cook - everyone can join the conversation while meals are being prepped. A door leading to the spacious covered deck can be found by the dining table. Outside there are additional chairs, the BBQ grill, and a table for dining alfresco. Take in the salty air and relax!

Down the hallway you will find two additional bedrooms. The first offers two twin-sized beds. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a large window boasting charming views. A full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo has a delightful skylight allowing the natural light to shine all day long.

The location of this home is perfect for the entire family. Just a block from the sandy beach and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Cannon Beach.
