布莱斯峡谷国家公园附近的酒店定不到了，定了这家，房间很大，床也很大。虽说不供应早餐，但是提供热咖啡，热巧克力，烤面包片，黄油，果酱，楼下超市里再买个牛奶，早餐不是问题。本想着下午3点到达布莱斯公园，逛完入住酒店，然后转天早上退房开往盐湖城的，结果布莱斯公园太好看了，第2天退房后，又跑回公园，在sunset point走了步道才开往盐湖城，步道太棒了，下到峡谷底部。

When we found it it was closed, there was a adresse but not a direktion and no mobilnetwork, why did there not put up a map so we would have know where to go. no good for sure.

Grand Staircase tijdelijk gesloten ivm waterschade

Grand SC had waterschade en kon geen gasten herbergen. Vooraf helaas geen melding gekregen. Op de deur hing een brief met uitleg en dat we verplaatst waren naar Red Ledges in Tropic. Verblijf was verder prima, conform rating.

Reception was very kind and friendly, and breakfast was nice. Only downside was the room key as the keys didn’t work many times and we had to go to the reception to reset the keys.

This property is no longer in business. We were quite surprised that we were allowed to book here to begin with, even more surprised that we not notified that it is no longer open. Thankfully there was a note on the door directing us to another hotel. Expedia needs to remove this hotel from its list of options.

I booked the Grand staircase Inn. When I arrived there was a note at the door that they are having maintenance problems and the Hotel is closed, my booking moved to Red Ledges. This property is in a bad shape ,dirty per se, also the room. I would definitely have expected an upfront information and a choice. The way GSI looks this maintenance is not finished in a long time so upfront information would definitely have been possible . I got the impression they deliberately didn't inform people to move them to the the Red Ledges which would not have happened if anyone had a choice .

No longer open; was routed to another hotel up the road. Reservation worked and the room was fine (expected quality or slightly above what I expected when I booked). Just need to pull down this property for reservations until it’s re-opened.

Die Unterkunt hat geschlossen und wir wurden über eine Umbuchung nicht informiert - sowas geht nicht. An der Tür stand ein Schild, das wir wieder 5 Meilen in die Richtung, aus der wir gekommen waren zurückfahren sollten, da aus Maintance Gründen derzeit geschlossen ist und unser Zimmer in Tropic / Red Ledges wäre- hat zumindest gestimmt und es gab keine Komplikatioen vor Ort.

The concierge was excellent. The Grand Starcase Inn was closed due to plumbing problems. We were transferred to a sister inn that could use some cleaning in the rooms.

When we got to the property there was a sign on the door saying there were maintenence issues and they were closed. They booked us in a place 6 miles away. Why are you even listing this place if it is closed?

We got to the property this afternoon and found the motel closed due to broken water pipes. Eve tentatively this happened a few weeks ago. We WERE NOT NOTIFIED BY EXPEDIA.There was a note on the door directing us back to the next town to another motel, which is very nice. Expedia this is your second screw up this week. Will not use you anymore.
