So clean and new. Slept like a baby! The beds were so comfy!! The kitchen made it easy to cook and stay or warm up leftovers from the restaurant. My kids enjoyed the hot tub too.

We stayed in one of the Signature Suites, which are exactly as the picture in the Montclair website shows. The room was clean and spacious. The design however was truly disappointing. The room has a single tiny window near the bed on a relatively large wall. What a missed opportunity! If the architects had made that entire wall a large view window, the room could be called a suite. But with this tiny window the room feels like a cheap motel. The large bathroom lacks ventilation (no windows) so there is an exhaust fan that can’t be turned off. You have to sleep all night listening to the noise of the fan. Again, bad design. There are better options in Springdale in this price range. Will not go back to Montclair in Zion.

There is a shuttle stop to Zion national park right in front of the Montclair buildings. This was very convenient to hop on the shuttle instead of trying to park. We also rode our ebikes to the park one day and it was an easy ride with a bike lane the entire way to the park. This is a new build apartment style group of air bnb style rooms. Ours was a 2 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen and pull out sofa bed. The kitchen was amazing with everything stocked that you could need. There was a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen pantry. There were complimentary laundry and dishwasher detergents. There was also an espresso machine that we did not use. The one bathroom was disappointing. Typically in airbnb style rooms, there is a master and guest bathroom. Also, the one bathroom only had a shower not bathtub which could be disappointing for people with young children. The pool was closed for the winter but the hot tub was hot, clean and in good condition. Overall, this was a great place to stay. If you want to be right next to the park, this may not be right for you but for us using the shuttle and ebikes, it was great. We loved having a full kitchen to save on eating out. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Units in building E & F offers the best privacy, away from the pool/hot tub, parking lot. There is no staff on site, it is contactless, they will send the assign unit# and unit access code within 2-4 hours before check in time (4pm) via email and sms.

We stayed at the Montclair at Zion during our visit to the Southern Utah (Zion/Bryce) area. Communication, check-in & check-out was seamless. This facility doesn’t have a front desk and everything is done digitally or via text. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom was great with good shower pressure to come back to after a long day of exploring. The location is great and there is sufficient parking for those with cars. There is also a Zion Shuttle stop right in front of the property. The room is equipped with a microwave & fridge but does not have a safe (if that’s a consideration for you). There is a swimming pool (seasonal) and hot tub available for use during your stay. Towels are also provided for the pool area.
