Placed in beautiful surroundings, well mainted hotel with spacious, very nicely decorated suits , with amazing view if rooms are looking at the mountains! Decent breakfast with coffee , tea, hot chocolate and water( hot and cold) available all the time! Nice pool open till 10 pm which is rarity for hotels ( usually close early like 6-8 pm. We were allowed to use pool way past our check out time! Very grateful! Good service. Would go back there in the heartbeat!

Suite was perfect, spacious, very clean with an amazing view. Complimentary breakfast was perfect, multiple options. Area was clean. Staff is very courteous and very helpful. Lobby has a spectacular view! Room in general is quiet as well. Only thing I would request second floor as the guests from the above floor were very noisy during the night. I liked that the hotel has the shuttle stop (to Zion visitor center)right across from parking lot not a far walk, making it convenient to get around Springdale very easily. I definitely recommend the suites. When I come back I would stay here again! All the restaurants nearby have amazing food!

The breakfast was a full breakfast. The view was great and the location was very close to the entrance to Zion National park. On the negative side the sink was clogged and there was a surprise $20 a day parking bill at the end of the stay.

Conveniently locations right next to a springdale free shuttle stop that take you to the park entrance. Clean room, clean buffet area with plenty of choices. They had a hot tub and a biliards table but didn't get a chance to use them. Also had a nice outdoor seating with fireplace. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
