“Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway.……

“The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff……

“Kenneth was a great host who met us at the beach from the boat as well as helped us meet the boat when we left. The room was very clean and the ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous and a great place to sit and unwind. Loved the location.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. She coordinated a boat ride back to Sierpe plus a ride to the beach. The air conditioning and warm showers felt SO good after our overnight in Corcovado! “We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets.……

“We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was really clean wit amazing, open spaces and a nice pool. The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. Raquel was an awesome host and gave us really great recommendations nearby including restaurants and a convenience store. We weren't expecting so many critters but it was easy to keep them out of the bedrooms and didn't interfere much with our stay. It was such a good environment to……

“The Drake Bay Getaway was an unexpected delight! Views from the room were exquisite, as each villa is perched on a hillside with an ocean view. The manager was extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the surrounding area and animal life. We felt as if we were staying with family! Meals were beautifully prepared, offering a sampling of the local food. The location was great too, allowing for quiet relaxation, yet still convenient for activities.”
