Great downtown location!

Super relaxing space close to fun downtown spots and across from the park! The bidet was a hit and the property manager was so quick to respond to any inquiries. Would definitely rent this one again!

Convenient location

Property is well maintained, clean and has a very comfortable bed. The shower has an amazing waterfall shower head with good pressure. The location is walking distance to shops and eateries.

Perfect spot for rafting trip!

This was exactly what my kids and I needed for our first white water rafting trip. The amenities were perfect and the location cannot be beat. We walked to everything on Main Street, were across from Veterans park and a spot to play in the Arkansas River and Tyson was very responsive when I had a question about checking in. We will be back!

This apartment is great! We only stayed one night. Great communication. Easy access with keypad. Cute place and clean. Convenient to Royal Gorge train and historic downtown. Local people were extremely friendly and gave us lots of tips on other things to do and see. I would stay here again

This is a small two bedroom apartment located in the downtown area, The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two of us had plenty of space. Four people could also be accommodated here. Loved having the washer and dryer..would recommend

Totally worth it!

I was in town visiting family. This place was perfect for me! Would definitely work for a small family. Half a block off of Main Street where there is plenty of shopping to be done within walking distance as well as a lot of places to eat! 10/10!

Another renter walked in the apartment at night when myself and my husband were sitting on the couch in our sleepwear. Apparently that place got double booked and the other person stood there telling us they had the place. It was shocking as this was our first time getting a rental like this. Opted for this since we had our 2 yr old and his grandmother. Just glad my mom didn’t see this crazy mixup. Outside was a little sketchy since it’s an alley way. Interior was done very nicely and everything was clean and well maintained. No blow dryer available. The owner offered nothing to us as this was horribly embarrassing and not our fault. He offered a sorry and that’s about it. A hotel would have comped our stay if some stranger walked in our room at night.

Wonderful place to stay. Looks just like pictures on line. Close to town and white water rafting.Owner was easy to get in touch with answered any questions you may have. Even bought a blower dryer as soon as I asked for one :-) . Very clean place with washer and dryer which is helpful when traveling. Highly recommend.
