Unique Stay

It was a fun place to get away with my son who is about to graduate high school.We enjoyed every part of it. The driveway definitely needs 4 wheel drive to navigate.

Family Glamping Trip

This was such a unique find and our family had a great time in nature. I highly recommend going in the fall with the changing leaves, it was absolutely beautiful. It was also super close to Chattanooga, with tons to do.

Private, Beautiful, and Unique

Our family and dog had a great stay at the Canopy Pods. The owner was a great communicator, the property was well designed, and it’s an easy drive into Chattanooga. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for something between camping and a hotel stay. Great experience.

Spring Break Family Getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here for spring break and as is typical for Tennessee, we experienced nearly all 4 seasons with weather changes during our stay. Nevertheless the AC cooled our warm rooms when we arrived at 75 degree temps and we stayed toasty and warm with the heaters during a freeze advisory. The views from the tree deck and pods were breathtaking. Waking up to that view never got old. Will definitely stay again!

Great, relaxing trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the canopy. It was stocked well and added all the luxury comforts to a “camping” trip. We had a great time with the treasure hunt adventure and thought it was well planned. Not too easy and not too difficult for young children with a little help.

Canopy Treedeck review

This property is great for a long weekend getaway! The site is beautiful and the treedeck is well appointed with everything needed to enjoy the best of being outdoors while also having the convenience of a kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to follow the recommendation to go watch the hang gliders launch at sunset - it’s awesome!

A much needed Reboot!!

I needed a reboot! That's exactly what I achieved. Sleeping in the pod was very comfortable and everything we needed to chill for 3 nights was provided. Everything!! You only need to take your clothes and food.The gas grill grates could have used a good cleaning but we managed just fine. Beautiful place!

Super Host!

This was one of the best experiences I had with a host! We got home from our trip when we realized we forgot something. The host took time out of his Saturday night to drive all the way to this property to secure our lost item, and made sure it was safe! The property is beautiful and we recommend staying here! If you have the time go up the mountain to the scenic over view just fire sundown you won’t regret it!

a few days in the tree tops

our stay here at the pods in the air was great. We showed up in the rain, not sure what to expect, we still had the best time around the table playing games. we had the fire pit going to keep us warm and dry. We enjoyed the treasure hunt, be sure to try it, if you stay here. this is camping at it's best. you don't have to set up the tent or worry about critters. You do need 4-wheel dry to get out. We are seniors with a love for the outdoors.

Unforgettable

Very unique property! Our kids (age 9 & 12) loved it and especially enjoyed the geocache hunt. Rained pretty hard all night and we stayed cozy in dry in our pod and in the living room area, however, underneath where the bathroom is gets pretty wet and messy. Temp dropped to the 30s on our last night and we stayed very warm with the heaters provided. The geo hunt was a bit complicated for kiddos. We ended up finding 2 of 5 treasures, but the hike outdoors was fun in itself. Pods are very large. Not sure why the listing is only for 4 people. You could comfortably sleep a family of 4 in each pod (in my opinion). It was close to town and convenient to Chatanooga. We can’t wait to come back! Hopefully there will be more tree pods made because we have a large family that wants to come back with us next time!

Unique Accommodations!

Loved this property! The uniqueness of it all made it a great family adventure enjoyed by adult & kids. It was so nice to enjoy the peace and beauty of this property and surrounding area. Spring Break Getaway

My family had an amazing stay at this property! The actual space both looks like the pictures and is so much more amazing at the same.time. We lov d th coziness if the deck with an option for quick gas fire or real fire for roasting marshmallows. We had a good bit of rain on our stay but stayed dry, no problem. The beds were comfy and we stayed warm with the small heaters provided. The widows in the pods we're amazing. It was so nice to wake up to the morning light coming through and fall asleep to the moon and stars. The walk from the main street is short but steep. My 5 year old struggled with it a bit but by the end of our stay was a pro. There is no sink in the bathroom (which is under the deck). It wasn't a problem, more if an inconvenience. The property owner was really quick in communicating. Overall we had a great stay in this unique property, and we took advantage of being so close to Chattanooga. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

An experience like no other

Really enjoyed our stay. Wasn’t quite prepared for it all but thoroughly enjoyed it. Owner was always quick to respond and check in on us. It’s an experience I look forward to checking out again a different time of the year and maybe without the little ones. Location is perfect too. Every major site, park, tour, dining out etc within a 20min drive.

Glorious

4 days, 3 nights here were exactly what we needed to relax, and recharge! The sleeping pods were comfortable and warm, even in 30 degree weather. The morning view from the pods, the tucked away feel, and overall aesthetic was a fall lovers dream. The colors were absolutely glorious this time of year. I think this was a perfect location for my infant’s first outdoor adventure. Thank you, again! We had a very memorable weekend.

Fantastic Mesmerizing Experience

This is probably one of my best rental experiences. Everything was perfect, and the “pod” bedrooms were so cool. Short distance from DT Chattanooga and other attractions in the area. Beautiful sunsets. Ched was super responsive and helpful making our stay even more pleasant. Already recommended to several friends.

Amazing Treehouse experience!

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 kids and dog. The views of the sunset were amazing and we loved seeing the hang gliders soar in the sky above us! We appreciated the eco-friendly, minimalist design of the entire treehouse canopy. The sleeping pods were really comfortable and we loved the views from inside the pods. Our kids didn't miss TV or screens at all! The property owners were incredible - they made sure we had everything we needed and were so fast at answering our questions. It got down in the 30s the first night we were there, so Crystal brought us extra blankets and made sure we would stay warm and comfortable. The pods also had heaters that kept us cozy in addition to the warm sleeping bags and blankets. We will definitely be back! It was a truly unique, beautiful and relaxing experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
