In the heart of the Cévennes, in Puychauzier in the town of Saint-Julien d'Arpaon, a traditional, detached house with no neighbors directly across the way, fully renovated in keeping with the region’s architectural style. You’ll be surrounded by nature and can enjoy the peace and quiet of this idyllic setting. Outside, you can relax at your leisure in the 300 m² garden or on the shaded patio, complete with outdoor furniture under a kiwi arbor. The perfect place to recharge your batteries... First floor: living room/sitting area (fireplace, TV), kitchen area (washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer). Upstairs: large room with exposed beams (1 double bed, 160 cm wide, and 1 single sofa bed for a child) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Washing machine. Outside: 300 m² garden and shaded patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Pets are not allowed. Parking is located 100 meters from the cottage, with an unpaved (grass) pedestrian path leading to the cottage. Heating costs are to be paid on-site based on usage.
