「We had such a wonderful stay at Hamish & Ronene’s tiny house. Such a cozy, peaceful and warm refuge during the wintertime. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, watching the sunrise from the loft bed (super comfy!) and relaxing on the couch with the sun streaming through the window. The tiny house is in an unreal location - a short walk down to both Sumner and Taylor’s Mistake on beautiful trails. Hamish & Ronene are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel at home....

「Staff are very helpful and friendly, at first the home has some problem but she solve it immediately , and upgrade our room, the room is fantastic!」

「We brought our 2 teenagers (13 & 17) to Sandy Heights and had such a lively time. No wifi was a big draw card and the kids were engaged with us and explored and played games rather than staring at screens. The cabin was cosy and warm and had everything we needed. South Island Robins and Tomtits visiting each day was such a gift. :)Thank you again xx」

「A lovely little cottage. Clean, cosy with a few little luxuries. Only issues were - it is advertised as sleeps 5 on book a bach but only has bedding for 4, however the owner happily sorted an airbed. Toilet paper and dishwashing liquid were in short supply, so we bought our own. However, we would still recommend and stay again.」
