“Conveniently located. Fantastic lake view. Love it.”

“Good!”

“Nice service, clear instructions for parking”

“Staff members are helpful and friendly. Great location with fabulous view. ”

“This is a great location as it's just across the road from shops and an easy 5 min walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd. The room was clean and cozy, although it seems to be next to the laundry so you can hear the staff talking and working as they did the laundry and hear the machines going.

“This is a very modern hotel and probably the best place to stay near Lake Tekapo in recent years. The room was spotless, and the shower was well-maintained with no signs of mold at all.”

“After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. ”

“Well positioned, great for our needs but expensive compared to other similar rentals.”

“We stayed at Crystal Water Ohana as a family with our three adult children and really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful, luxurious new home — very clean, comfortable, and actually felt even more spacious than it looked in the photos. All the heaters worked really well, which we especially appreciated as we were visiting towards the end of winter. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We actually cooked two meals at the house during our stay, and it was very convenient……

“Very clean. There is a tiny view of the lake and you are one house off the main road so it’s noisy on the deck. The mountains are pretty but, Looks much more like there is a big view than there is. ”
