“Generally easy process to check in - we arrived late and very helpful assistance was near immediate to help with unfamiliar digital process. Accommodation - glamping pods - and beach proximity were awesome! Caught out by no cutlery and cookware in main kitchen (have to extract for deposit fee - in our luckycase, no fee!-from front office when open), but then guess we arent frequent travellers so this new to us. Not all gas stove heads worked - would've been neat if bigger rings operated. Cooked……

“The bed sheets has many insects. It seems that there has no change the bed sheets. There has no pillow provided. 1st night - we double checked and made sure the door locked before we go bed to sleep. In the morning, we saw the door was opened. The door had scratch marks， I guess somebody use the tools to open the door. Be careful your bags and money if you stay in there. We really cannot sleep in the 2nd night. The washroom is clean. The location is not different to find. I won’t……

“For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”

“Luxury glamping! Really clean and comfortable. Great location for Napier and wineries. Asolutely excellent hosts, who greatly helped us out in a dental emergency! Highly recommend Villas and Vines. ”
