「The apartment is just as described- except … no words can describe the comfort of a home. Walking in and at first look, we immediately felt at home. The furniture is comfortable and clean. The amenities are thoughtful and helpful: coffee, laundry, milk, snacks, and toiletries. The TV, while not used but once, was a welcomed respite from our exhausting day of fun in Wellington. 「It was good to be able to have a parking place in the middle of the city. And the price was good. The owner did contact us and show us how to navigate the parking. The location is very convenient. Managing the walking route through the hotel does take a little bit of figuring out. That is just Wellington and nothing to do with the property. There were instructions. There is a convenience store nearby for essentials. We would stay there again with no problem.」

「Great wee studio - 3 of us and couchbed was very comfy my daughter said. We loved the attention to detail with furnishings and supplies in bathroom and kitchen - especially decent Coffee & Tea! The jug of fresh milk in the fridge was also a nice touch. We'll be back!」

「We loved the location as it was close to my husbands parents and plenty of shops and restaurants are close by. The space was great, as was having a washing machine and dryer as we were on a 3- stop holiday. We would suggest perhaps fitting darker curtains or blinds on the windows at the front of the property as the location is quite light even late in the evening. Otherwise lots of great facilities. Thank you!」

「We enjoyed our stay, the location was close walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Cuba St. The unit was a little tired and not terribly clean. The heat pump control did not work and the property managers said they would get to it after our stay ended. Fortunately there were electric heaters to keep the place warm. The place was ok, but lacked warmth (literally and figuratively). We would not stay here again.」

「spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is...
