"飯店入口不好找，而且地勢相對較低，隔壁大樓又高，想要看到景色不容易，但位於市中心，對於沒有開車進奧克蘭市區的旅客來說，交通非常便利，而且服務人員的服務態度也非常好，且非常熱心，可惜目前飯店附屬的餐廳暫停營業，無法得知飯店餐飲的品質；另外，很可惜的一點，第一次遇到有廚房卻沒有提供任何調味料與洗碗精的飯店… "

"I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. "
