Excellent sized room. Spotless. Plenty of room for parking. Simple but effective kitchen layout - plenty of places to eat up the road too. Cobbs was good value and there is a woolworths close by. We liked it but, the pool cues and tennis table could be fixed up. For a small amount these are the features of the experience. Tips on the cues and nets on the table would help make it that much better. Tou could spend 100 and have these fixed and at a working level easy
