“Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. The hotel feels very aged and run down. There was no hot water in the shower, when we called the front dest they said the hot was not working that day but other guests mentioned this had been the case for several days. So we weren’t able to take showers.”

“The hotel was more beautiful in person than in the photos!!! Check in was super easy and the room was spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great and the food truck area right outside the hotel was a plus. Travelled for my birthday and the friendly front desk staff even surprised me with a mini cake and a signed birthday card to the room☺️”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The floors were visibly dirty and disgusting, the bed sheets had noticeable stains, and there was no hot water during our stay. The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel……

“This place was very clean and had nice quality everything. The food trucks/ other businesses on the property were a nice bonus and had a fun atmosphere. I might have missed it in directions, but it was a little confusing to find. The property includes a hotel, an office building, and these residences. They all share a parking garage so make sure you're reading the signs. A great place to stay!”

“It was very simple but very clean. Complimentary coffee and water. It was in a kinda weird area, not a bad area just at the end of a dead end street. Never met the host, but everything was perfect anyways. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. Not a touristy vibe. Great for a few nights stay or a box to sleep in.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere”

“Kellyana and Rebecca were so helpful throughout our stay. Rebecca found us things to do and Kellyana helped us when i accidentally locked the safe. Everything was done in such a timely manner. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.”
