「We enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was cozy, clean, & well furnished - it had lovely warm home vibes & breathtaking views of the Eiger just out on the front patio. The unit is conveniently located near Grindelwald Terminal (train station & Eiger Express) & a 1-2 minute walk to local bus routes 21 & 23 to get you to the heart of town, so it's very accessible if you're traveling on public transportation systems. It's just far enough from the busy City center, but very easy to get to...

「The location of this property was very easy to get to from Grindelwald Terminal, Easy to get around with the SBB train/bus app. Check-in was easy, we arrived early, they let us put our bags in the house while we waited to check in. Upon arrival the house had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had pot & pans, oven is confusing to work & no oil for the fondue pots, but had extra toilet paper! 「We left this stay very disappointed, with serious safety concerns as a family with children. During our stay, a low window pane at child height broke when accidentally knocked and shattered into large, sharp, jagged pieces. It did not appear to be safety glass and, in my view, posed a real risk of serious injury to a child. This was especially concerning in a family holiday property, which also appeared to lack basic visible safety features despite having a wood burner, including no smoke alarms...
