"I cancelled a reservation at another hotel before check-in because the staff was rude. I arrived early at the other property and inquired about checking in and even offered to pay for an early check-in since we’ve been traveling since 10:00AM the previous day with an infant. They were rude and dismissive at the Dorint hotel. THIS location had a smiling front desk agent that greeted us and asked us if we were checking in. I politely informed her that our reservation wasn’t until later today and she said she would check to see if she has rooms ready. Her name was Kawtaw. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and greeted us as we walked to our room. When we were leaving very early in the morning Georgia’s checked us out and he also greeted us with a smile. Our daughter was crying and was not happy to be awake at 3:00AM, so I asked Georgios where we could find some whole milk. He brought us Milk, biscuits, a Banana and some ice. He was very understanding and helpful as well. It’s clear that although there are many Airport hotels to choose from, the Owners and managers of Radisson Zurich Airport Hotel have a standard. They know how to treat customers and we truly appreciate it. "
