The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but had everything I needed—including a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you feel like cooking (though you're surrounded by great restaurants). Walking distance to the Museo Nacional, Avenida Central, and Avenida 33 made exploring the city easy, and I felt safe walking alone at night thanks to visible police presence in the area. 「The balcony of 3 Vistas was a welcome retreat after a full day. The furnishings were comfortable, the vista beautiful and the breeze refreshing.it was the highlight of our stay.」

「Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! 「When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money...

「We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in Costa Rica. There was plenty of room for the five of us with all the amenities we needed. The condo was in excellent shape and very nicely appointed. It is walking distance from several excellent restaurants, a grocery store and a few other shops like a pharmacy. The area is very nice, clean and felt very safe. Highly recommended. 」

「We were a family of 6 adults. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, the park and major highways. The host, Iair, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.」

「I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.」

「We needed an overflow place during a family stay. We had our grandkids staying with us and this was the perfect place. Very secluded with a lovely garden and a swing set. The house was very well furnished very clean very modern. It was very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody else!」

「This garden condo is a beautifully sunlit space. The surrounding gardens are magical with brilliant colors and many different varieties of visitors including birds, bees, butterflies etc. So many astoundingly beautiful sites and stunning sunsets.
