"Has a lot of amenities. There’s a bar, pool, souvenir shop, gym, and two restaurants. However, the front desk just checks you in and you have to figure your way around the hotel or ask. The property is well kept. "

"We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was attended right away by messaging them through whatsapp. 24/7 front desk was really helpful. Although it was not right outside the frontdoor, a lot of restaurants and shops were walkable. Uber/rideshare was always accessible even odd times such as 5am. We waited around 1-4 minutes for rideshares. All in all, I recommend this place for what it has to offer and for its price. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay "

"We stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. We always book dinner at the hotel, and it is wonderful. We feel like royalty or celebrities while we are there, and the rooms are really lovely. They stocked our fridge with tummy treats, fresh cold water, and even a bottle of wine, all complimentary! The price to stay is really reasonable for how grand the hotel feels, and treats you. Our entire family love staying here, and my kids loved the hot tub especially. 10/10, no notes. "

"Staff was excelent! The only problem i had is that the A/C is not strong enough and can get a little hot. I was down at 2 am since i couldnt sleep and they gave me an electric fan and upgraded me to a suite that could regulate the temperature at will, still the A/C was a little lacking but it was enough for me to get comfortable. The hotel staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and the lunch/dinner options were very tasty. Overall I had a wonderful time at this hotel!"
